Ordered a 8 oz. Sirloin and came with one side. The Sirloin was about 2 in. thick and 4 in. across. Gad a baked sweet Potato as a side. Ordered a separate side to make it a better meal. Still cost over $20. Had to ask for a sweet tea to go.

Took way too long to get drinks, waited over 8 minutes. Table that came in after us got served first. A drink was spilled by accident and No One was around for over 10 minutes to help. The 1st set of Ribs they brought me was hard as a rock and burnt. Should have never left the kitchen. The 2nd set of ribs was just ok. Management was a joke. No plans to go to LongHorn Steakhouse again. The couple we were with were very uncomfortable with how everything was handled.

This place is always packed full of people the wait is sometimes ridiculous and they can sometimes get your tables mixed up after you've waited for so long they'll tell you that they have a seat for your party and when they walk you to that table is already occupied so then you have to go back and wait another 20 to 30 minutes for a table. The food is good and the waiters and waitresses are very nice.
Just attempted to eat at this location. The gnats were everywhere. After swatting for a few minutes, we finally brought it to the waitress’s attention. She made it sound like it was normal. Proceeded to ask for to go boxes and check as this was not enjoyable. Cannot even comment on food as the experience was horrible.

I ordered a well done sirloin. When we got our food, it was definitely not cooked correctly, it was leaking it was so incorrect. By the time our waitress came back to check, take it to be cooked correctly and bring it back, my party was done with their meal. The steak was STILL not cooked correctly.
Just because you don't like a style of food, doesn't mean you shouldn't cook it the way a person orders it. If you can't do that, you shouldn't be working in a restaurant. Longhorn is way too expensive for incorrect food.

Placed an order online, went to pick it up; the order should have been ready when I got there. It wasn't. I should have checked the order before driving away, of course I didn't. Get home and my order is not complete. I called the restraunt and was told the manager would be told, but did not take my name or contact information. Guess I paid for food we will never get.
