This restaurant doesn't deserve any stars. This gas to be the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the world. First, I was overcharged for my pumpkin spice drink. Second, the drink wasn't made correctly. It took three guys to concoct this horrible, deplorable experiment!!!!! The guy at the window kept looking intently into my car. What the what!!!! I took a couple of sips and concluded they didn't have a clue about what they were doing. They must be still open to get Covid relief money. The place was smelly. Thumbs down for this place. It's not a restaurant it's a sham.

Stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon. There were no other customers in the store, one customer in the Drive-Thru, and two employees. One employee was helping the customer in the Drive-Thru, he appeared to be sleepwalking. The other employee was packing a quart of ice cream, he appeared to be frustrated and unhappy. After about 5 minutes the one packing the quart aknowleged my presence. Not long after that the other employee finished up with the drive-thru customer and went and hid in the back. It went down hill from there. I left without being served. Avoid this location at all costs.

Great food and Shanou always know how to make the coffee just right! Always no line and so fast with service. They are always in a good mood and everyone has a smile on there face.

Horrible service , the drive through tookMore than 45 mins and there is no exit once you got into the line . Never go here

Always great service when my daughter and I come.... I watched George through the window making the ice cream and he is very thorough. My cup was full and he cleaned up the extra ice cream on the sides of the cup twice before bagging my items. Thank you for your great customer service.

I read the reviews before we left the house this evening. I thought I'm sure they have to have product to make a sundae, after all they are an ice cream store. We arrive and want to go in and see all the flavors, the doors are locked. We go through the drive thru, and my husband orders a 3 scoop hot fudge sundae, and the man tells my husband, "we don't have any hot fudge". How does Baskin Robbins not have any hot fudge??? We left and went to Dairy Queen, we will never go back.

Always out of product for D&D. Showed up w/my kid today for ice cream but we’re sent away because they were closed, yet door was open. When I said can I just buy a vanilla ice cream for my kid, she said no.

Well noticed doors locked at 4:30pm. I then looked inside one lady was laying in the seat. I went to the drive-through then set in line for 15 minutes. I luckily nobody was behind me to where I could back up and leave. This place I will never go back. I will let everyone know that workers here don't care and are lazy.

I like baskin robbins but it seems that this place is no longer in business. The sign said open and google maps said open but allDoors were locked( I tried every door and it was locked ). I let good no they should show this business as closed.

If I could leave them zero stars I would! I LOVE Dunkin' but absolutely HATE this location. They're BEYONDD SLOW!! If I stop here and there's at most two cars in the drive thru I just know I'll be late to work. I made a mobile order on the app to pick up inside so I wouldn't have to wait and the door was LOCKED!! The line for the drive thru was long and I had to get to work. I tried to call to get a refund and it doesn't even ring. And automated message says "we could not complete your call" and hangs up on me. Yesterday Dunkin was offering free coffee for app users, I decided to go and when I asked what was included the girl had no idea. How do you not know what's included in the promotion going on. Pretty sad. I can not express enough how much I hate this location. Seriously if you have anywhere to be at a certain time do not stop here! You will be late! You'll need a good extra 20 minutes of spare time to stop. I have to be at work at 7:30 My job is 3 minutes away and I pulled in at 7:13 and didn't leave out of there until 7:27 there were only 2 cars ahead of me.....

Open til10 NOT! Drive through in Overland at 9:20 said she was closed due to short staff! No line and all I wanted was a pint of ice cream. However, the lights and open sign we’re still on! Seriously! You just list a loyal daily customer!

How can they have a stale waffle cone. The ice cream was great but the cone was so stale I had to throw it away. Be sure to take a bite before you drive out of drive through. The staff was really nice so no reflection on them.

We went thru the drive thru and we placed an order. The first order was chocolate chip in a waffle cone, the guy said that they didn't have waffle cones, we ask if they had any other kind of cones..then he said we don't have any cones, then he checks and found sugar cones...so the first order was one scoop of chocolate chip ice cream in a sugar cone, then the second order was jamoca almond fudge ice cream in a cone but got chocolate ice cream with marshmallow. The guy doesn't know what he has in ice cream. They need people who know what they are doing. We will not be going back there.
