We met friends there , we were second table to fill . Ordered food and after a hour we asked about our food was told it would be out in 5 to 8 minutes after another 30 minutes we checked with waitress still wasn’t ready. Didn’t even say sorry just they were busy . We finally gave up paid for our drinks and went to Mexican restaurant next door had a good meal

Pricey for what you get. 0 atmosphere unless you like watching news when you eat. $14 for spinach dip, pace picante sauce, sour cream and chips. My husband had chicken fried steak said the meat wasn’t seasoned and had too much gravy. The pulled pork on the Mac and cheese was fatty and the bbq sauce was too spicy for my taste. Service, let me set the stage. One table with 2 people when we arrived. We placed our order and waited. When the first order came out it was brought to the other table which is logical since they were there first. It was our food. They were told it was a new system and the order didn’t print to the kitchen. Again 2 tables, how did the server not notice the other people didn’t have their food!! Inexcusable!! It was a nice ride out there; I wouldn’t recommend.

Great food if you go here try the brisket cheese burger or the hunters ridge burger with onion rings.
Got there to pick up my order of two pints of ice cream and they never checked the computer for the order. Wasn’t ready and they didn’t even have the flavors I ordered. Stood in line multiple times trying to figure it out. You’d think 24 dollars for 2 pints of ice cream they would at least provide a good experience. Nope. Will not be returning.

went to the creamery a couple weeks ago and i haven’t gotten around to leave a review but our experience was awesome! the food was great and didn’t take as long as it usually does! our server kylee was always coming around to make sure we needed anything and didn’t hesitate to get us the stuff we did need. she is a rockstar and the creamery is definitely the best restaurant in pleasant hill!

Everything about this place is 10/10! Chris, the kitchen guy was so knowledgeable and spoke highly of this place. It speaks volumes when not only the food is good but the staff is passionate about the place!
Stopped in for lunch today and I was impressed. The food was excellent and perfectly cooked. The service was on point. Never lacked of anything. You can tell the people that work here truly care about taking care of thier customers. The GM and wait staff checked on us multiple times to make sure our visit was good. Definitely coming back.

Our server (Amanda) was wonderful!! A friend and I met there to catch up and have a late lunch. We enjoyed the atmosphere. Our server shared what her favorite item on the menu was, describing each item. You can tell she loves her job. The food was terrific!!! We sat and visited with no pressure to turn the table.We will definitely be returning. Very small town feel with a big city taste!!
