The Independence subway is nothing compared to this one. Every time I go in, employees are friendly and quick but efficient with orders. I will always prefer this subway.

Terrible customer service!
I arrived about 6:20 at the pick up window for my 6:00 personal pick up order, NOT a delivery driver pick up. Waited several minutes while the kid working looked at me 3 times and ignored me. A coworker came out front and went back to the back, also ignoring me.
The 1st (long/curly haired) kid finally came over and opened the window. I gave my name and he rudely snarled at me "For future reference, you have to come inside to pick it up." He spun around, went and got my order from the rack by the door, brought it back to me, and slammed the window in my face as I was saying thank you.
And, they didn't include the oil and vinegar on the side, as ordered and clearly printed on the receipt for one of the 3 sandwiches. I didn't realize it until I got home (30 miles away).
A 2nd sandwich was not toasted, and did not have pepper jack cheese, as ordered and clearly printed on the receipt.
Also, they had no other customers.

I ordered from the app..
Sandwich was not prepared as ordered.. leaving ingredients off that they charge extra for.
The sandwiches were a part of the meal deal.. only 1 meal was prepared. 2 cookies ordered.. only got 1. 🤦♀️ what was the point of ordering ahead?
Avocado is a vegetable.. why is it they charge for that one vegetable?
Anyway.. clean store and employees.

Online order .. 50 minutes later - waiting inside and they are still not done. People coming in ordering and they receive their sandwiches first. What is the issue with learning to do task in the order received. Not to mention, now the order is wrong.

I'm assuming the lady selecting bread at start of line was the Manager. Absolutely worst customer interaction with me and two girls working for her. If I hadn't been so hungry I would have walked out and found another establishment to eat at. I'm betting she is a hard person to work for. Don't ever, ever roll your eyes at a customer because you can't understand what the customer wants !! You can bet I'm going to tell everyone what kind of service I received from the acting manager at 1:00 pm 10 /12 at your location!!! Get another career if you can't have better people skills and respect for your employees.......Also, the Flys were terrible all over the food!!! Clean your act and store up !!!

I am 8 months pregnant, and Subway has been my craving recently. The staff goes above and beyond. They communicate if they are having any delay and are always kind. I work with the public, and people like the Richmond Subway staff help keep my love for humanity. Thank you for being you!

We ordered a grilled chicken bowl, but didn’t get any lettuce at all. The bowl was only a third full. Got about $3 worth of the $11 I paid.

This subway location is a hot mess.
Upon ordering just one sandwich through the app; I opted to pick it up curbside because I was on my lunch break with limited time to acquire my food. Upon arrival to the location, I parked in the designated parking spots and checked into the app. I waited till approximately 10 minutes past the set pickup time before I opted to walk in myself. After waiting another 5 minutes inside, they handed me the sandwich and had the audacity to say "here, we are really busy you know"... Keep in mind I was nothing short of patient, and polite during this entire event. Shame on whoever was in charge of running the show that day. Somebody needs to make some serious changes to their employee base.

I ordered the sandwiches on the app. I went to pick them up and the employee almost gave the wrong order. Then handed me another order, went home and it was wrong. Went back, both employees said I was being rude and claimed I threw the sandwiches on the counter which the bag was already torn and a sandwich fell out. The female started mouthing off at me stating I need to go to the pickup kiosk and get my sandwiches. At this point I was already upset after both employees accusing me of throwing the sandwiches. So I came back home and they were still wrong. I called them and asked for a refund, that’s when the male employee started going off on me again for no reason. According to the Google reviews, this is not the first time this particular store has been rude and complained about customers right in front of them. I will never order from this store again. The lack of professionalism from this establishment needs to be seriously reevaluated.

Went there on Wednesday at 7pm and it took 25 minutes to place an order and check out . Felt bad for those that had placed online orders and had arrived before me and checked . Their food was not ready and had wait longer considering they had placed their order earlier online and received food after me . Only three choices of bread available since they ran out of good stuff earlier . I usually visit before 3pm and it's in and out quick friendly service , not doing the later visits again .
