I have been trying to find the best way to get across the level of unpreparedness I was in after receiving my food and the proceeded to find a parking spot and eat…So, I get my fries, my fish sandwich, and some tartar sauce and ketchup…And I start to take my first bite and then the hottest sharp pain stung my corner of my mouth and I almost dropped the whole thing the fish was soooo hot I thought… hmmm I bet I should sue those guys’ insurance pays for it.

Make sure you being specific on what you order. Ordered chicken sandwich and bacon cheese burger. Both on the special at discounted prices. They charged us for the most expensive items similar to what we wanted. Order ended up over $20 dollars. Instead of under $10 for 2 seniors. Won't be back!!!

Drive through was extremely slow and I get that . Hamburger was disgusting, the bun was DRIED to the point of looking wrinkled and hard to chew. The fries were dry as well. Total waste of money.Side note: people were pulling out from the drive thru and leaving! Good choice!

Should get a 10 star review. The store was closed Monday the 22nd due to an ice storm, several places were. We had an Ice Cream Birthday Cake ordered to pickup on that date. I believe it was the manager, that came to the store just so we could pickup the Ice Cream. Now how many business would do that???

The manager and her husband was so helpful!!! They were closed due to ice, but came in just so I could pick up my daughter’s birthday cake. There is no other person that would have done that with our road conditions. We always get the DQ ice cream cakes for special occasions. My daughter chose it for their wedding cake!! Thank you so much to the manager and her husband!!!

After we sat down to eat in lobby we were told the lobby was closing and they wanted us to eat faster. I told the young girl what I thought. Manager said she was new and did not know any better.

Ordered a bananna split, they only put a tbsp of each topping on. Franchise owner would not contact me after DQ headquarters contacted them. ANDYS is right down the street. I will never eat at DQ again.

The service was great,fast and friendly. However within 30 minutes of eating my blizzard I had severe stomach cramps and more. I will never eat a blizzard there again. I almost went to the emergency room.

I went through this Dairy queen about 930 pm on Tuesday night August 29th!I ordered through my app & ordered a mini brownie blizzard and a 3 PC chicken basket.WITH IN AN HOUR OF EATING ONLY 2 CHICKEN STRIPS & A COUPLE FRIES......IM IN THE BATHROOM DYING!!!!!!!I GOT SO VERY ILL THAT I ENDED UP IN THE ER!!!!OBVIOUSLY THE CHICKEN WAS BAD!!!!!!
