Sometimes, it can be pretty pricy if you don't take advantage of their special deals. Recently, I ordered twice in one week the first order I chose from their deals menu ordering two large pizza's with no extras and it came to $44.22 that includes service fee, whatever that's for. I had a coupon on the box of my first order so i used the coupon when i ordered the second time it included a large 3 topping pizza, cheese bread and a dessert for $21 plus the mystery service fee it still made it $27.55 without tip. They have you select how much you want to tip when you order in which I don't like to do. The options I believe are 15%, 20% or $25%. I did select an option the first time. Personally I like to tip the driver in cash based on if my order is correct and did they deliver it within the estimated time given for delivery and if I asked for pepper's and cheese and napkins did the driver bring the requested items or does he tell you he don't have any in his vehicle or says the store didn't inform him to bring those things that's how I base my cash tip I don't select their options given anymore. A tip shouldn't be accounted for beforehand. I think it's very rude. I tip good if everything is included with my order and in a timely fashion. No problem

This location has really fallen off. Pizza was incorrect and subpar (also nearly broke a tooth because an olive pit was buried in a slice). Was served by a rude woman who complained openly to another guest about people "ordering pizzas at the last minute" (fully an hour before they closed, and also you just don't say that to a guest), as well as a delivery guy who was very off-putting, from his attire (handling food with all manner of big rings on his fingers, which is a hand hygiene no-no, as well as improper hair restraint) to his having earbuds in both ears (which I can only hope he's not doing while he's delivering since that would constitute a traffic violation) to his behavior, which I can best describe as nervous, confused, and seemingly inebriated. The only positive thing I can say about this experience is that they've started including a garlic sauce with each pizza by default again. Everything else left me disappointed, and judging by the middling reviews others have left, I'd say I'm not alone. If management reads this, PLEASE have a conversation with your employees about how they are to conduct themselves.

Ordered 2 pizzas. They delivered one then acted like he had no idea there were two on the ticket, though he sat in his car more than five minutes before walking to the door. Said he’d go back and get the second one. My wife called in nearly an hour later asking for a refund for the pizza we never got but they said he was right outside our door. Another 10 minutes and we got the other half of our order though we already ate sloppy joes. Maybe try Dominoes…

Had an issue with our order in Sept. The guy said he'd put a $20 credit on our account but we had to call the store to get it. It's been a couple months and we go to call back and get the credit for the issues and they "don't have record" of his promise to us. I complained that this wasn't right and they apologized but wouldn't do anything. It's frustrating because I feel like the guy just lied to get us out of his hair after their mistake and now they won't do anything for us. Poor customer service.***Edit*** After getting on the PPJ Corporate site and sending a complaint, they reached out to me fairly quickly. They made it right and loaded the credit. Was still an issue when I called, but they got it figured out. Kudos to PPJ for taking care of it, but still frustrated with this store for making things so difficult. Upped the rating to 3 Stars for corporate taking care of us.
I can't really comment on the atmosphere at a grab and go pizza place but things were hopping on a Friday night! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was there for less than 10 minutes and enjoyed a delicious pizza. Good job Papa John's!

I was short on time recently and needed to eat something before my appointment. I decided to drop in and order one of their specialty menu items. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak papadia. That turned out to be a great idea! It came out hot and smelling delicious! It was so good that I couldn't wait, and I burned my tongue because I just had to have a taste! I would definitely get this again... High praise for the delicious peppers and onions, and the cheese was immaculate. Not to mention the fabulous beef strips. This is not to be missed.
