The restaurant was clean, and we were seated quickly. The waitress took our drink order, our appitizer order, it took too much time to get our app, then it took way over 30 min to get our food, for the restaurant to be as empty as it was, ticket times should be 20 min or less. We waited for the waitress to come over to ask us if we needed refills, to go boxes, & our check. I finally had to call her over to be able to cash out. She checked us out at the table, I tipped while she was standing there looking, but I wish I hadn't. Just an overall poor experience and won't be back.

The food is always amazing here, the only reason I don't like to eat here often is because of the price. There's just too many pizza places around that offer more than just the vanilla choices that won't cost 2 people $50-75 for a meal.They do have amazing options, including gluten free crust and cauliflower crust as well as any topping and dressing to make the pizza of your dreams, just know that dreams come with a price and regardless of how good it tastes, it's all going to come out the same way.

We tried Pappos this week in Branson. The pizza was good, service was terrible. Got seated waited 10-15 for waitress, got drink order 5 minutes until she returned sat drinks down said I’ll be back to get order and ran. Waited another 10-15 for her to return to get order. Got our salads daughter kept trying to get her attention to get some more dressing she stayed on the opposite end of the restaurant and never would look our way with our hands shooting up every time she semi glanced our way but never getting her attention as she casually cleaned tables and talked with the other waitress. My daughter is a waitress so to make her mad about service takes a lot. She finally got to ask for more dressing when she delivered our pizzas 20 minutes after the salads were brought out. I might do carry out but don’t think we will go back for dine in if this is their norm. It also was not busy with five other tables in the restaurant, only three by the time we got our pizzas.

We stopped on our way through. Flavor was mid, we tried the meatballs and had a deluxe pizza. It wasn’t bad and looked great just not a wow flavor. But still was ok. Clean and nice looking place, enjoyed getting to watch them make pizzas through their window.
