Drinks were excellent, BUT. We walked up to the counter, we were the only ones there, and out of four employees working within eight feet of us, not one said hello or acknowledged us whatsoever. It was our first time there so it was super uncomfortable looking at the menu while four employees just stared at us, wordless. I would go back cause the drink was dank but I hope next time they would be a bit friendlier :/

I just needed something to drink! I've heard there's some new Trendy drinks lately so I like to try everything! It was a cool experience. Interesting combinations of flavors to choose from! I got the cosmic butterfly because they were out of unicorn sparkle. I didn't see the Barbie drink special until after I ordered darn it. Anyway the guy that took my order and made my drink was so nice and helpful! The juice beads in the drink are filled with like a syrup! Now I like mostly natural stuff but this is still fun! YUM!

My "Real Fruit Smoothie" was not real fruit or a smoothie...it was way too sweet sugar water. Great service but avoid for the poor quality products.

I started working here in April and right off the bat it was the most welcoming atmosphere I've ever been in. I unfortunately am leaving due to familial circumstances, but this place is definitely the best place I've worked at. Everyone is so kind and inclusive, and everyone works so so hard to keep this place clean and fresh. I am so sad that I have to leave them, honestly, because they've become my friends in just the few months that I have been here. The drinks are yummy and everyone pitches in to make changes and improve when needed. I love LOVE my boss. The owner of this store is so sweet and I can't thank her enough for her kindness that she's given me. I will forever love SNOBubbleTea for everything they have done for me... and for their yummy drinks!!

I stopped by yesterday afternoon and was delighted when the man at the cashier remembered me from the last time I came by! I couldn't remember what drink I got last time but he was able to help me figure it out, and even offered the option to make it with no boba, when I shamefully revealed that I don't really love boba.I love the poison apple drink, and I think it would taste extra good with lemonade in it!!
I usually love it when I come by but I was so disappointed when I stopped by yesterday. Service was absolutely terrible, and the drinks were so bad we had to throw them away and felt sick after the few sips we had. I ordered a strawberry milk tea with tapioca pearls. The drink was given to us with tea and flavor on the bottom and milk layered on the very top, not mixed or shaken at all and there was syrup all over the cup. I tried mixing the drink myself and it ended up looking like this (see image) and tasted absolutely horrible. On top of the drink not being prepared properly, the tapioca pearls were also pretty undercooked and practically inedible.

i would give this place zero stars if i could. roaches....??? really? and their bubble teas taste sooo artificially flavored and they had a grease leak that made the place smell like a sewer for a LONG time. ZERO STARS!!!! the lowest i can give is 1/5 not even 0/5.

First time getting a drink here today! I got the boba girl and it was good! Until I realized there was hair in my drink. :((( I had a few sips before I discovered this and didn’t want to drink anymore. I suggest using hairnets or requiring employees to tie their hair back. I’d love to come back and try again, hopefully this can be prevented!

I LOVE THIS PLACE EVERY TIME I COME TO THE MALL I BEG MY BOYFRIEND TO BUY ME ONE. I love that no matter what tea I order, I can sub in w tapioca or whatever I want. The staff is super friendly, and the place is well kept and clean. It is well priced and you for sure get more tea for your buck I always tip them way extra they’re just that darn good!
Got a Cosmic Butterfly and a Blue Hawaiian, cosmic butterfly was good but it was so stuffed with ice that I couldn't get my straw in and I made a mess on the counter (Sorry, but I'd rather the counter than my clothes. I lost 1/3 of my drink because of how much it was stuffed). As for the Blue Hawaiian, I'm positive she didn't make it right. It was green??? It tasted like matcha. We've gotten the blue Hawaiian before and it's usually a very beautiful blue color. We waited for a sec so we could get her attention, but she kept her back to us and we just left.I understand it was a little loud, but maybe turn down the music and just ask your customers to wait a moment if your coworker decides to blend something and make it difficult to hear anything (Very poor timing on his part, he saw us come up and decided that was when he'd start blending stuff?). Another good alternative would be asking your customers to just point to the menu what they want to avoid mistakes.Definitely did not get $13 worth for two drinks.
