Drive-thru Gavin was wonderful. What a stellar employee. Put a smile on my face with his charming customer service. Taco Bell is lucky to have this guy working the counter. This Taco Bell location used to be a bit of a hit or miss but now if Gavin is working there it is guaranteed that you will enjoy your visit.

Time 2:55pm I went through the drive through and the employee was awesome, I wish I could shout him out by name but I wasn't able to get that. Give the guy a raise or something awesome personality and great with customer service. And the food wasn't half bad either. Looks like I found my new favorite Taco Bell spot.

We drove up there at about 3:00 a.m. and are only now going home at about 5:05. A.m. we originally made a mobile order because last time we were here they only accepted mobile orders. But this time the guy at the drive-thru told us we would have to wait about 30 minutes before he could make our order and so we sat in the parking lot and waited for 30 minutes. And when we pulled back up to the drive-thru he said that we would have to wait another 30 minutes because he was cleaning the grill. We drove halfway home and then went back because the mobile order had marked as received instead of refunded and they offered to make our food for us but they gave me a crunchwrap supreme with just tomatoes, sour cream and cheese and they didn't have a functioning drink machine. So we didn't get the drinks we wanted. This was genuinely the worst experience ordering fast food that either of us have ever had. The guy in a red and black checkered hoodie at the drive-thru window was the only good part of this experience. He was super nice.

Don't have the lobby of Taco Bell open if you're not going to make cash orders. Not ONE employee tried to collect or even make my order. They look right at you,but the only concern is the drive through.

Aye they made me wait an hour almost, just to cancel my order. Y'all really made me wait almost an hour and I'm sitting here needing my food. Idgaf if there's other places, do your job and I'm betting y'all was mad af when my order came through. Grow tf up and do your jobs.
Only downfall is when dining in, you can be parking stuck due to drive thru line.

Had a DD order from this store the driver had multiple orders and couldn’t get ours while they were there (don’t ask me idk) and instead of remaking an order that had sat in the store for over an hour they sent it out like really? Should it not be common sense to just check that the food is still hot before handing it out? Soggy tacos and cold af fries but thank god they could make the drink while they were at the window.
