Half the items on the menu have been discontinued, yet the menu isn’t updated. It’s digital, update your menu, it takes 5 minutes of your time.If a customer asks for no lettuce, don’t put lettuce on the order. It’s pretty simple.My expectations are not high given this is Taco Bell, but at the same time, I hope the management staff can continue to train their staff to provide better service.

Whoever took my order started off with, "what do you want?" Would not recommend ever coming here after 10 pm, even before this I've never received any food that was remotely edible at this time frame, regret trying it again.

Ordered the power bowl with extra chicken and jalapeno sauce..these items cost extra. Man, was I disappointed! There were 3 pieces of chicken and 1 dab of sauce. You can do better. . I promise!

Been going to this location for 12 years. 9/10 times something is missing from your order. Tonight 3/4 of my order was missing when I get home. Tried to call 3 times with no answer. I come back 10 minutes later, door is locked. (With customers inside, which is illegal in the state of Missouri). They will not let me in or talk to me. I go to the window. Manager (who is a child) tells me I have to get back in the drive thru line (which now has 9 cars) to get helped even after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru to get my order that was missing damn near everything. Pisspoor attitude and customer service.
