Half the items on the menu have been discontinued, yet the menu isn’t updated. It’s digital, update your menu, it takes 5 minutes of your time.If a customer asks for no lettuce, don’t put lettuce on the order. It’s pretty simple.My expectations are not high given this is Taco Bell, but at the same time, I hope the management staff can continue to train their staff to provide better service.

Been going to this location for 12 years. 9/10 times something is missing from your order. Tonight 3/4 of my order was missing when I get home. Tried to call 3 times with no answer. I come back 10 minutes later, door is locked. (With customers inside, which is illegal in the state of Missouri). They will not let me in or talk to me. I go to the window. Manager (who is a child) tells me I have to get back in the drive thru line (which now has 9 cars) to get helped even after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru to get my order that was missing damn near everything. Pisspoor attitude and customer service.
