Can they get any sloppier when rolling a burrito??? They were not busy by any means. Really frustrating when you can’t even pick up your burrito to eat it on the go!!!

I'm giving the location 5 stars soley because of the 2 guys on night shift right now! Their customer service is great! Even though it's the two of them, the orders are pretty quick and accurate- shout out for unstacking my stackers!! You guys are the best!

Told me that they couldn't place my order even though it was two stackers and a taco because they didn't have the stuff to make it. Those three items are easy and you should have these items on hand, just meat cheese and a tortilla or hard shell and lettuce.

Hi there : My two chalupas shells weren’t cooked , it was the bread before you cook it . Guys every time I come to your specific location, I am never served what I order . I wish you guys would get it together. It’s frustrating because it seems to me that no one cares about being efficient in your store . Someone should address this.
I got the &5 box. Chalupa, burrito, taco, drink, & cinnamon twist. Pretty good deal.

They got my whole order wrong paid an extra 1.25 per five dollar box I asked for chips and cheese instead of cinnamon twists couldn’t get that right then they decided to fill the whole five layer with all refried beans. Nothing else absolutely nothing else!!! It was ridiculous. It was very slow, and the people were rude. We were there on December 18 at 5:40

Usually, as far as fast food goes, I love Taco Bell. Perhaps a guilty pleasure of mine. However, this location has the absolute worst service imaginable. I waited in the drive-through line for 25 minutes with two cars ahead of me. Upon reaching the window, the employee asked what I ordered and then what the total was for my order, desperately trying to look it up. I can look past this as I could see very plainly that they were having a rough night in the kitchen. What I can not look past is how YOU FORGOT THE NACHO CHEESE ON A NACHOS BELL GRANDE MEAL! I mean, come on, it isn't nachos without nacho cheese. At any rate, this store is in desperate need of competent employees as well as a professional cleaning service scheduled for the lobby. I realize that one can not expect too much from a fast food chain, but this is just ridiculous. Cultural decline is showing and well on its way to destroying this location. The manager may have been the only competent person in the building, and it is unfortunate that his team is so unorganized. Do not waste your time with this location. Just go to a different Taco Bell.
I mean, it's Taco Bell. You know what you're getting and they're cheap and opened late. Am I obsessed with it? No. Will I eat it if I'm hungry? Yes.
