Food was fine. Person making the food was fine. But the woman at the front taking care of customers was just rude...like waiting to be rude, rude. Grey long hair. Not nice. Smart a$$. No reason what so ever. She might like a job someplace where she doesn't have to get near customer service.

If there was a place to get zero stars this would be it you could order in person delivery in the store. It doesn’t matter they’re going to mess something up or they just won’t have something. Save yourself the time, the money, and the anger and just drive down the south and go to that Taco Bell the only time I ever get food from here anymore is if I order DoorDash To the right one is the worst Taco Bell in America I’ve Live in half of the states this side of the Mississippi and this specific Taco Bell, is the worst one out of them all

I bought 5 soft tacos there last night and there was a rubber band in one of them! How disgusting is that?

The food was not fresh and it was not hot. The staff must not like their jobs. If they liked their jobs, they would have made sure we had fresh and or at least hot food. Yall need a whole new crew to work there.

hating your life 24/7 cause you live in a closed box meanwhile giving out all your names and social media like it’s just easier finding your addresses later thanks to the new girl or whatever any of there pathetic names are, the frantic running outside cause i guess hiding in the office has a terrible view of me running your associates into a doorway better watch out next time

The fryer oil needs to be changed more frequently at this location. The last few times I've ordered here, a couple of my items have had an awful, acrid, chemical flavor to them. I've never experienced this at other Taco Bells.

Didn't realize I was going to be a big inconvenience for the girl working the drive through window. I placed a mobile order on 10/23/2023 at 7pm. When I arrived the girl operating the drive through greated me with, "Yeah?". I said, "I have a mobile order. " Not a word was said from her. Pulls up a order on the screen without asking me for a name, or if it's correct. Thankfully I actually checked this time. I said my order was for my name. She said nothing, so I waited a good 30 seconds. Still no response. So I said that order is correct. Then she replied with,"SECOND WINDOW!" Almost jumping through the mic yelling at me. So I kindly pulled up. No worries, sometimes people have bad days. Let me tell you, it got worse from there. This girl had a worse attitude than a McDonald's Kiosk. So when I pulled up to the window she doesn't say a word. As she started handing me my drinks, (mind you I had a large order) I ask for a drink carrier. She looked for 2 seconds and said, " were out." Okay no problem. But I would expect that when I can clearly see two full sleeves of drink carriers on the wall rack in the back, I wouldn't get lied too. I tried to brush it off. When I got home we got the food out and distributed it across the family. My 39 week pregnant wife opens hers. She order a chalupa with chicken. That way she can have the protein. I was shocked to see it was just lettuce and sour cream. Not for sure how that can really be an accident considering there was nothing ordered even close to that. Sadly this is not this first time I have received the bad attitude experience from this location. I have worked in the food industry for almost 15 years. And never write reviews. But now I just want to warn people. If you want to experience Mean Girls the movie in real life, go to the Taco Bell on South Campbell in Springfield Missouri.
