idk how y’all rating this place low… i visited here yesterday and ordered 2 chicken chipotle flatbreads… me n gf loved them we devoured them went crazy on those mf flatbreads. legit the most tastiest i’ve ever had at taco bell. they loaded them UP with chicken and cheese and sauce. i dream of visiting this taco bell ngl. girl i had to get up and order 2 more after we finished the first two. YUMMMMMM. thank u taco bell. u have changed my life forever.

Young black little girl. Very rude and disruptive. She clearly couldn't understand or didn't want to understand my pre-ordering before arrival. Just came from the hospital with issues health wise. She proceeded to get smart in the drive thru while ordering and when she made me come inside in person when I clearly didn't have too. I also observed her getting wrongfully disrespectful with an employee for no reason. I told her I just came from the hospital and didn't need no smart mouth. I wish I could give zero stars. On two different occasions now I have been extremely disappointed. The first one I ordered a 5 layer burrito it was nothing but beans. Now tonight I order a supreme taco and it has 2 tomatoes and that’s about it. This place should be closed and y’all should not be getting paid…. Oh and

I’m going to preface this by saying I go to Taco Bell frequently. At this location, I’ve been told each of the following on numerous separate occasions: fryers are down, truck didn’t come today, servers are down so exact cash only, and the drive thru intercom is down and lobby is closed. There is rarely an employee there before 10am, though they advertise being open at 6am for breakfast every day. The staff that used to work here (maybe still do, haven’t seen them in awhile) were amazing and attentive, but the new staff is barely competent on the rare occasion they’re there. I’ve had food missing, completely wrong orders, and food prepared incorrectly, and I’m always told an excuse as to why they can’t make my meal. Would recommend any location other than this one.

Very disappointed that Taco Bell has decided to remove humans from the ordering process. No one will take your order inside. No one will take your order at the drive thru either. Can't stand to stop off at any location that removes humans to increase profits.
