This particular sonic has gone above and beyond on my lunch today. I ordered a #3 supersonic bacon double cheese with a large onion ring. Let me tell you that the burger was hands down the best burger I’ve ever gotten from any sonic I’ve ever been to. The patty's were cooked perfectly, the veg tasted fresh and the bacon was definitely cooked right before I ordered. The onion rings were absolutely perfect hot and crispy right out of the fryer. The customer service was amazing at the window. Will definitely be going back. Bravo sonic!

We ordered online 15 minutes after order was suppose to be delivered I had to buzz them 10 minutes later and employee c out to ask about our order. After several times of buzzing final got order, but wrong. Final got order after a failed attempt on the sandwich. Asked for Manager but never cameFelt like the workers were playing a game.

Ordered drinks on app waited 15 mins so we ordered fries tots mozzarellas. Got our food 40 mins later but no drinks. Waited another 15 mins for our drinks. Not sure what this sonics problem is but they’ve changed management and employees several times always the same result.

It was all cold. Vegetables on the sandwiches were rotten. The tots weren't cooked and they missed my burger. Its too much money to throw away on something you can hardly eat. I'll never be back. The servers were fine and I wasn't rude. Seemed like they were messing up everywhere and we waited for over 30 minutes. The car in front of us just took off the wait was so long. Not only that but there are lights out all over, busted menu screens, and trash everywhere. There is obviously very little if any care given here.

I was coming from Kansas City and stopped and after waiting 10 minutes in the drive-through window Lane the food I paid $10 for was ridiculous. Obviously the tater tot's is what took 10 minutes because they were hot but they were not seasoned at all and then the popcorn chicken which maybe four pieces were edible Was cold so I ended up having to take all of it home and try to reheat it. Even the Diet Coke was undrinkable I don't know what was wrong with it and I should've taken a drink before I left the line. I waited so long the person behind me pulled around and left without his food . There was no turning around and going back because I had pulled off the highway in order to go so it would've been 25 minutes back there once I got home. Lesson learned never to go to this one again.

3 people went through the drive through, ordered completely off the menu and the only modification was no ice in a drink.It took so long to get 3 meals that the 2 cars behind us got their food before we did.Come on.

Driving through states and wanted something to eat. I got 2 burritos and a drink. My burritos were cold, tomatoes were soggy and the cheese was not even melted and about 12 jalapeños, also cold. I wasted money and time. Very upset about my order not being prepared correctly.
