I regularly get takeout from this location. The last three times I ordered and then did not bother to look at the order before I drove off. It has been wrong for three times in a row. Very frustrating. Did not get what I paid for and it's way too much trouble to drive back and complain.

My husband placed a mobile order at 6:15 p.m today, Friday December 22nd. It was already paid for. We checked in for the mobile order at 6:20 p.m, and we didn't recieve our order until 7:30 p.m. When we asked about our order, the front counter staff had to put our order in again because it had gotten lost in the system.Many of the customers inside the lobby were neglected over the hour time period. The staff were too busy with the drive-thru orders to help any of the customers inside.When other customers asked for a refund, the supervisor on duty stated that they could not refund anyone's money. So, we didn't even attempt to ask.I understand that the holiday season is busy and wait time are to be expected. To prevent any future frustrations, maybe it would have been better to close the lobby instead of neglecting paying customers for over an hour.

Faucett, MO location. I got the Loco Taco Supreme meal and the taco shells must have been super stale- they exploded into a hundred pieces at the first bite! Taco's aren't supposed to be eaten with a spoon, but that is what I had to do. The condiment station wasn't looked after either-some things were totally empty. I asked one of the workers if there were problems with the Taco shells and he just gave me a derpy look and shrugged his shoulders. Taco Bell is usually bad- but not THIS bad on so many levels.

The only person doing their job was the girl at the window taking my order, she looked terribly embarrassed that I could see her workmates just standing around telling jokes, fist bumping each other. It took twenty minutes. Only one car was in front of me. My order was six tacos, with diablo sauce. I got six tacos. My fault for assuming the sauce was under them.
