The worst Bar-B-Que I have ever tasted...purchased (Half Beef Rib Sandwich & Ribtip sandwich) the freaking beef rib and tip was not cooked. DAMN..you would think since C & K boil their meats vs. actually cooking on a grill the "SHAT" should fall off the bone. Horrible "Please" Go somewhere else "I am Pissed"

Today I went and I ordered two rib tip sandwiches I must say if the founding fathers of this restaurant was alive they will be totally disappointed the next generation has destroyed the brand the meat was rubbery and hard to chew the sauce was just nasty it didn't look like they barbecued the meat at all it looks like they just threw it in the pot smoked it threw it in sauce and sold it to the general public it's a shame when we leave our kids a thriving brand and what they do to it

I ordered the wing combo with potato salad and baked beans. I didn't realize that the combo came with rib tips and there was some inedible crunchy pieces included. The baked beans tasted like doctored up pork and beans and the potato salad tasted like it was made from instant mashed potatoes. C&K has been an institution in St. Louis for as long as I've been alive and I was very disappointed.

I ordered rib tips wit potato salad. The meat was really tough and chewy. The sauce is like sweet ketchup. Potato salad sweet as well with very little flavor. Had not had it in years and decided to try it again. Lesson learned. Horrible.
