I ordered a Southwest Chicken Salad for $12.95. On this salad, they put lettuce, a little grilled chicken, and tomatoes. I was in a hurry so I couldn't return it. A complete joke of an operation.

Chili's food looked and tasted microwaved. I had the chicken bowl, expecting it to be like Chitpole's version, but it was neither fresh or tasty. The chicken tortilla soup was passable if you don't mind extra salt. Only redeeming quality was my pleasant server - I think the BK or California Pizza Kitchen close-by would have been better options.
Awful service! The entire wait for drinks, food, silverware was ridiculous! The food was awful too! Never again..... way overpriced to boot!

Quick service for an airport set down. I would say their food seemed a little below average for Chili's but I would still stop at this location again if swinging by St. Louis airport. We an appetizer which had three different apps on it.

Don't go to the airport for gourmet food and fine dining, This may not be great but as good as any place to grab a meal while waiting for your plane, if you are in a hurry choose a fast food place.
