Heard about this place after having tried several of the affiliated food trucks separately. The food is very good, if you've tried any of these food trucks before you know what you'll be getting. Nice people running it. From the perspective of it being a restaurant, they've got a solid variety in their selection. Would recommend.

The menu rotates as different food trucks operate out of the building. I tried the brisket Mac from Farmtruk and was blown away. It was a deliciously rich mix with a slightly sweet tang. My boyfriend tried Steak Louie - gigantic cheese steaks with peppers and smothered in your choice of cheese. The people working we're incredibly nice and helpful, and the seating is bright and open. Lovely place, great food, and great people. Highly recommend it for a lunch spot.

I went to Florissant food truck night tonight and Farm Truk food truck was there. I had recently saw a pic of the soft shell crab BLT and it looked really good. I have never tasted crab so I thought this would be a good time to try. I paid $15 for this sandwich and it included some chips. The chips were very plain and could use a tad more salt.
