If I could, I would give this dominos a negative star because the woman employee that gave me my pizza was very rude and unprofessional to me when I came in. Beware from ordering from this Domino's. I will never go to this location ever again.

The Dominos on Chippewa is the absolute worst. Of course it has to be the one closest to me for delivery. They let you order delivery when they don’t have drivers. They wait limits an hour to let you know they have no one. If you order on a Friday night you may or may not get your order. If you do it will be four plus hours after the time they give you, but they won’t tell you it’s delayed. The food has gone downhill. The bread is usually way overcooked. I have started driving the opposite direction down Watson where the food is always made the way it should be. This place needs closed.

I wouldn't even care if they would just call and say they wasn't going to deliver the food but to leave it in quality check and have people waiting to eat for over 2 hours is a little ridiculous. So here it's going on midnight and still nothing to eat. Again I get people are under staffed but they should atleast call.go forward 2 years and i place a order wait over a hour then call to find out that they said the order was ready but they was really busy that i could just pick up my order. So it not being to far from me i decided ok i can just pick the order up. I get there and after standing in the lobby at the counter for over 5 minutes with no one even acknowledging i was even there and to hear the deliver drivers complaining about a delivery that does not have a tip on it. I decided to speak up and someone finally came over. They proceed to say they are really busy and was really confrontational terrible customer service so i spoke up said some choice words. I stand by my review and reinforce it that this is a terrible place to do business with. If there was a way to give 0 stars i would.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.For the love of god, do not order from this Domino's.I had a gift card from someone and pizza sounded good. There is no delivery time estimate until after you place the order. 2 hour estimate. I ordered earlier than I normally eat, so I thought I'd wait it out. 2 hours 30 minutes later the Domino's calls me and tells me they have only had a drive for the last hour and a half and have not even made the food yet. The online tracker said the food had been done for over 20 minutes.Completely unacceptable and failure on part of the company, the website, and the management at the store. At least I got everything refunded.

Absolutely horrible service our pizza sat for over an hour till I got sick of waiting and picked it up myself. By the time I got it home everything was cold. Do not use this location. Worst I have ever dealt with and I love pizza and had great experiences with other Domino's but this is the worst pizza place I have dealt with.

Waited over an hour after order placed, waited on hold for 15 minutes before even getting a live person. Then met with attitude about them only having 1 driver. Not my problem and no reason to be so rude. Won't be ordering from here again.

There was a problem with delivery, we did not get our food, called the store and they apologized for the issue and remade the food and sent it out again. I really appreciated the level of care and the desire to make it right.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. Waited over 2.5 hours for delivery, still don’t have our food and have been on hold for over 20 minutes. There is no way to cancel your order online. Save your time and go somewhere

My order took 1 hour and 40 minutes to receive when I was told it would take 30 minutes. The food arrived ice cold…the pizza was like a cardboard box and the wings were soggy. All was inedible and had to be thrown away. I tried calling the store..was on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever picked up. Will never order Dominies again..I paid $117.00 for two pizzas and wings. They also sent one pizza that was completely different than what I ordered. Stay as far away from this Dominoes as you can, unless you want to be stuffed with inadequate food, unable to eat and not get your money returned!!! I filed a formal complaint with Dominoes…they said they would have the Francisee owner reach out to me to resolve…I’m still waiting for the return phone call!!!

I'd rate my food ... but I never received it! After 2.5 hours it said it was delivered and never received food.. tried calling the store and could never get ahold of anyone. This is theft.. I was charged and the money is out of my account but no food.

Don't even bother. I'm done with dominos because this store continues to offer the worst service I've seen. going on 90 minutes without a phonecall or anything from the store and this is the 7th time this has happened.. I seriously thought things would get better after covid. Food is still being prepared according to the tracker. *sigh*
