Nothing wrong with the waitress’ service. My complaint is with their policy against IDs. I am from out of state but before coming here I did check the policy on temporary IDs and in the state of Missouri, a temp ID is a valid ID, however, they wouldn’t allow me to order any drinks. I’m 34 years old, clearly not under 21, and yet I couldn’t order a drink.

The restaurant was in shambles, the service and talent were below average and the food was not good. I would not order the nachos ever again. This restaurant has so much potential and should really be disappointed with the management.

I probably wouldn't complain. Except for what Hooters charges I expect that price point to be equal to the quality of food/service. This case it was overpriced especially when the food comes out lukewarm after waiting what seemed to be a long while. Not a bad place just a bad experience.

Lots of TVs. If you just want a beer to watch the game, this place will do.If you want a place for a good meal too, either lower your expectations or go somewhere else.

I always have a great time at any Hooters I go to!!! The food is always on point!!! But I will say this time my server was Alicia and I will tell you what she is a great waitress!!!! Her personality and enthusiasm was off the charts!!! I definitely will come back to this location!!!

Only rating one star to be seen. We were seated and after waiting 15 minutes with no acknowledgment and the guy next to us who must have been a regulsr had 3 waitresses help him, I asked the manager if he could find our waitress so we could at least get a drink and after 10 more minutes we just left.

The last time I patroned this location, I pre-ordered my food before leaving work. It was perfectly timed that I should have been able to arrive, grab my order and have enough time to make it to the light rail for my trip home.I had to wait 20 minutes AFTER the time provided in my email comfirmation.I missed my light rail and ended up having to order car service to go home. I was not offered a seat, or a complimentary item; not even water. It's the principle.This time I decided to place my order earlier so that I could pick up my food during my 15-minute break period. Well-timed that my order should have been ready a few minutes before I arrived.When I arrived, the front counter was un-womanned. I waited about 10 seconds for a greeter before turning around to spot 3 Hooters staff members standing at the back of the bar, indulging in a conversation. Maybe the three of them were conversing about something work-related, I don't know. What I do know is two of them were facing each other while one was looking directly at me. The staff memeber and I proceeded to have a staring contest as she continued with the conversation. It may have only been another 10 seconds but when you're standing there waiting, wanting to stay on schedule to get back to work, and still very aware of your last experience, it felt much longer.Finally the staff member started to make her way to the front counter, showing some form of acknowledgement by asking me if I was there to pickup an order.From my previous experience, the food was decent; nothing to praise. I avoid giving bad ratings to a businesses. However, when I received the survey email, I was honest about the experience. I received the generic, auto-generated email stating that Hooters was disappointed in the service provided, but they encouraged me to come back and spend more money at their establishment.

We sat for 25 mins without a server even acknowledging us. My husband tried to get a drink at the bar and the bartender told us we can’t order from the bar if we’re seated at a table. We ended up leaving after 30 mins of no service.

Waited 2 hours for food. Food was cold. Didn't get everything we ordered. Only gave us $12 discount. Waitresses would play with their hair then handle plates. Don't go here.
