Oh yeah, this place is GOOD! Ice cream is rich, tasty, and the folks working there are great! This is what ice cream should be!

The texture of this ice cream is some of the best I’ve ever had. So smooth and melty but full of flavor. Big fan of the wildberry lavender flavor!

I heard Jeni being interviewed on a major foodie podcast a couple years ago and absolutely loved the way she articulated her desire for off-the-wall flavors. She wasn't afraid to try new things. Her creativity, profound scientific approach to flavor components, and endless obsession with creating better flavor combinations all come together in pure harmony when you try her ice creams. She is very meticulous about her ingredients which is why she uses grass fed cream, and doesn't saturate the ice cream with tons of sugar.I was ecstatic when I found out she had a shop here in STL!Jeni's is among the best grown up ice cream I've ever had (second best would be Ice Cream Factory *sold in ice cream parlors, not grocery stores.* ICF is what I call the "kid version" because every bite is studded with massive amounts of cookie pieces, candy bits, etc., while Jeni's is more for a refined foodie palette: like their Goat Cheese with Red Cherries, Brown Butter Almond Brittle, Brandied Banana Brûlée, Sweet Cream Biscuits and Peach Jam, etc., etc., etc.)The ambience is also super cute, but usually packed on the weekends with very limited parking, but it's worth it.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free & dairy free options

I was just here a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. Today was drastically different. I wanted to purchase two pints to-go and was ignored. The worker finally acknowledge me after several minutes but was quite rude in tone, but said she had to take the people in lines orders who were mostly taste testing then proceeded to ignore me. Sad it took the manager to tell her to check me out after I asked other customer if it was okay to pass them as they were still deciding and I had pints in hand to pay for. Took way too long when I had a to-go order of items from the freezer especially when they were not very busy.

I’m not a chain person but ok Jeni…the lemon bar dairy free ice cream was great. This is a buzzing spot in the Central West End in St. Louis. I'm so glad for Yelp introducing me to this place. Myb son and I love their ice cream. He gets the blackout chocolate cake while I get the lavender and rainbow. The little waffle they put on your scoop is delicious. I always leave with a pint, but this weekend, it'll be two. The staff is always nice and patient. The place is such a cute little vibe. If you haven't been here, what are you waiting for?! Depending on the time you come, parking may not be the best. Earlier, the better.

Love the product - however, having the nicest guy serving you with long, pinned up hair without a hair net on diving head first into the ice cream cooler to scoop your serving is gross, and the hair in my daughter's ice cream proves it. Fix this please!

This is fantastic ice cream! 2 scoops for $7 and $1 for the waffle bowl. Gooey butter cake, and salted caramel peanut butter and chocolate are Fantastic! My girl really liked the peanut butter and chocolate one but she doesn't even like peanut ice cream! We will be back every time we come into town!

The flavors are awesome! Jeni's is always a great place to go, especially after dinner. Their new Texas sheet cake is absolutely amazing, would definitely recommend. Also, even though we went on a Sunday night, the line was almost to the door, but the employees are really good about being efficient and you get through the line pretty quickly.street parking is available, but I can imagine it would be hard to find a busy weeknight or weekend so definitely keep that in mind when you're making a trip out Also, I just found out that they can add sprinkles to your ice cream so that's a win :-)

If you're looking for an all around great experience check Jeni's Ice Creams out. I definitely had to give this place 5 stars. The service was friendly, my ice cream was delicious, and the shop was really cute. Perfect for a chilled date night, a meet up with friends or family, or a sweet treat for yourself. Btw: you MUST try the Brown Butter Almond Brittle ice cream.

This is hands down the best ice cream I have ever had in my life. Found this place on Google a few minutes before we went, so did not know what to expect. They don't serve your typical flavors, but holy cow was it amazing!! I also typically hate homemade waffle cones. THEY WERE THE BEST. we are not from St Louis and drove about 3-3.5 hrs to visit for the day. Now we just want an excuse to come back here.
