I get Jimmy John's all time when I be at work and have no problem I was in Afton so I decided to get a sandwich why I was at my friend house worst experience ever the sandwich was soggy and put a lot of vinegar and oil just nasty I will stick to the one on chippewa in the city and it took 40 minutes to get it delivered and usually at my job it take about 15 mins just not a good experience would gave it no star but my daughter sandwich was ok at butshe get nothing but meat and cheese on hers I just thrown it away waste of money

They were fast but our subs were both very chewy like the bread was quite old and it looks like I only have like 1 slice of turkey on my whole sandwich. My husbands sandwich wasn't any better.

I ordered Jimmy Jonathan's through the app. Delivery was quick, and the driver was very professional and nice. The sammich is absolutely delicious! First time trying the roast beef, and I'd say it's my new favorite!

It took 30 mins to get my food I thought Jimmy johns had specific time frames. when I called to ask about where my order was the person said "we are busy he has more than one order he will be there" I live less than 5mins driving this is the only location that I've ever had an issue with.

*UPDATE*Hesitated greatly to come back here. And i should of went with my first thought. Same people working there. Same general manager with an attitude. They told me that i could have as much dressing on my wrap but the $.69 is charged for the tiny plastic cup. Ridiculous! you can buy 130 of these cups on amazon for $7. I don't think Jimmy Johns is that broke. The wrap was made poorly and was falling apart as i ate it. I'm done eating here! (oh and nobody ever contacted me about my experience)Ordered online. Went to pick up in store. They did not have my order ready when i got there. I asked girl making my sandwich if she saw the extras on there because they messed up before. She rudely replied yeah, I have the ticket right in front of me. Then I asked for two small sides of Caesar dressing. She did it and it was not full so I asked if she could fill it up a little more. Then she got an attitude and said we will have to start charging you for these. I said they have never charged me before and I even ordered the exact same thing the day before and had no issue. I said it doesn’t show it costs on the website, because you can ask for extra dressing at no charge. She said it won't be on the website we charge you here. If I’m spending my hard-earned money on a already overpriced wrap that is almost $11 you really can't give me a side of dressing but want to charge.69! If this is the case, I will stop eating there. I love the wraps but will not spend additional money on a small cup of Caesar. It's the principle of the matter. When I called up there to ask for her name, she would not give it to me and said she is not obligated to do so and just said she was the store manager. I am so aggravated that I went through all this because I’m tired of being treated differently every time I go, and when she is there it's never a good experience. No greetings when I walk in, or a smile, or have a nice day. I think the manager and the staff should watch "Give them the Pickle" on customer service. Also please have your employees cover up their beards, I do not want hair in my food.

The WORST experience and customer service I've EVER had at any restaurant. They delivered to the wrong address, and the manager refused to remake and redeliver new food and told me I had to go to a random person's house to pick up the food. Then, they had half the order incorrect (the receipt was correct but delivered the wrong item) and gave me stale, chewy chips. When I called back to try to ask for a refund, they refused to answer my calls. I called over 10 times. TERRIBLE SERVICE! THE MANAGER WAS HATEFUL TOO!

I'm sorry for the people that usually have bad experiences here. I've picked up my food several times here, and if they ever forgot something in my online order, I would just show them and they would help fix the error. There's a dude there that usually works the front and I appreciate the help he offers.
