Very nice French bakery in St. Louis. They had an assortment of pastries, macaroons, and other baked goods. They have limited coffee but many teas on their drink menu. I got a slice of the raspberry almond tart which was incredible. There are a few tables to eat inside, but I took to go. Lots of street parking close by. I’d definitely stop by again when in the area.Parking: There is a lot of free street parking in the area. There are some locations that are restricted during certain times.

The macarons are so delicious! The outer shell is the perfect combination of crunchy and moist and the filling is creamy and flavorful. They have so much variety and everything I had was true to flavor!

Had some takeout pastries and goodies from La Patisserie Chouquette. We had 2 macarons and a slice of a mango crepe cake. 1 macaron was a sesame and the other chocolate. Both macarons were perfectly textured: light, airy, and had a nice, soft crispiness with each bite. The sesame was my favorite. It had a certain sweetness that complemented the nuttiness of the sesame quite well. The chocolate was similar. The filling was a bit heavier which I enjoyed. The chocolate filling was rich and decadent. But, not overpowering. The crepe cake we were not super impressed with. The texture is something that will not be for everyone. It was not super sweet, and therefore, lacked some flavor. It was supposed to be mango/raspberry, but neither fruit had a strong flavor. The presentation was wonderful. Overall, the macarons were the star of the show. But, my experience did not knock my socks off. Certainly good dessert, do not get me wrong. I think I will need to go back and discover some of their other offerings

I stopped into La Pâtisserie Chouquette, a chic French bakery, today to treat myself to a few birthday desserts. The ambiance in the shop was French modern, and there was a few people sitting inside chatting. I loved the back wall with scattered mirrors. I thought that it looked beautiful and really opened the smaller-sized space. The two people who helped me purchase my treats were nice; the overall service was good. I stopped in quickly, so I didn't get much time to speak to the people working but my short interaction was positive. I arrived close to closing time, so there was not a huge selection of treats. I hope to return closer to opening to get a better feel for the assortment of bakery items they offer. I ended up choosing two macarons, one chocolate and one topped with sesame seeds, and a Mille crêpe slice. I thought the macarons were tasty--they had a crisp, crunchy shell with a flavorful filling. However, I didn't find the flavors themselves to be anything special. The flavor was good, but nothing stood out to me. In terms of the Mille crêpe, I thought the texture was nice, along with the glazed raspberries on top. I am unsure of it's specific flavor because the label did not specify. After looking on their website, I believe it is the raspberry mango Millie crêpe. However, I am unsure. Either way, I was not able to discern any distinct flavor when trying the dessert. In addition, I think it lacked a bit of sweetness and tang from the raspberry. Overall, I do not think that I would purchase this again. I am very happy I was able to try La Pâtisserie Chouquette! I'm not sure at this point if I would recommend this French bakery, but I am hoping to return closer to opening time to have a wide variety of options to choose from. If you do go, I would get a macaron. I think those were overall solid.

We had heard so many positive things about this patisserie, so we tried an assortment of items on our first visit. I will say that the pistachio orange croissant was amazing, and the salmon "everything" croissant was good.

Unbelievably good pastries and thanks to the macarons several options are also gluten free! I've come back every week since my first taste.Dietary restrictions: Almost all macarons are gluten free, with a couple more cookies, trail mix, and coffees can almost all be made with whatever milk you want

The pastries were delicious. It's a nice place. The only thing was they only have drip hot coffee, no latte or others.

Very neat bakery which is clearly on the radar for many people since there was a small line when it opened on a Friday morning. The selection of treats is great and the flavors are subtle and nice.Parking: Residental area, so street parking is somewhat limited.

We made the trek from St Charles for a Tea tasting and had an amazing selection of sweet and savory tastes and teas. Chef Simone showcased her skills with all these treats! My favorite savory was the mini shrimp po boy. The remolaude and cornichon really made this dish! The lavender tart was my favorite sweet. Everything was very good. The only thing missing was stories of why each dish was chosen or how they are created. A personal touch like that would have really heightened the experience.

Undoubtedly one of the best bakeries in St. Louis and it is owned by a Black Woman? Even more reason to support them. I've had their King Cake, macarons, Valentine's Day cake sampler (Madame Moret is a showstopper), Mille Crepe Cake, and several other items. They're all amazing. The Vietnamese coffee is also a must try! The service is incredible. All of the folks who work there are so kind. The ambiance is nice. I think there is room for improvement there, but overall it's nice. Parking in this part of town isn't too bad, but it's street parking. On Saturdays there is a flower truck across the street! I tend to treat myself to a little coffee, dessert, and a fresh bouquet of flowers.

I could go on and on about this place it is amazing!! Always telling friends and family about it when they're in the area. Cutest little spot to pop in for coffee & a treat! Definitely best croissants around, I literally dream about their strawberry pistachio croissant!
