The preparer of this sandwich either doesn't care or flat out not paying attention. How did a hole not only get in the patty and how did the preparer miss it when making the sandwich. I paid for 2 full patties not 1 and 3/4 patties. Drive thru moved at a fairly decent pace given the amount of cars in line before me.

We went inside and ordered on the kiosk. The kiosk didn't print us a receipt, so when they messed up our order, we had no way to show them. We waited over 30 minutes to get our food and get the order corrected. The workers were careless and rude. No one else inside got their food in a timely manner and everyone was angry. They weren't busy when we showed up, but by the time we left the line was backed up with no worker willing to take orders.

The food tasted close to other McDonald's stores, but gave me severe food poisoning to the point I vomited on the sidewalk outside because the lady was cleaning the restroom and wouldn't let me in. Talk about an embarrassing and gut wrenching experience at the same time!That's the second time it's happened here after eating a sausage and cheese McMuffin. There was this huge line at the drive through and inside. I only had like 15 min before my appointment. So I ordered at the kiosk inside and immediately regretted doing that since it seemed like there were 20 people in front of me. I sat there for 20 seconds and they called my number. Couldn’t believe it. And the sandwich and hash browns were hot and fresh. Never had an experience like that in my life. Wow. Great job Lindell McDonald’s!

I was here twice today picking up Uber orders. Workers were rude and talking bad about customers in front of them. They acted like I was a nuisance because they actually had to work!

Honestly...Don't expect quality or quantity. Lower than mediocre at best. Half full fries, I ordered extra pickles and literally got one extra pickle. Workers were unprofessional and inattentive. I watched some lady wait for 20 mins only to find out they forgot to make her order.I know it's a mcdonalds. I know it's in St Louis. I've also seen way better McDonald's in St Louis so I know it's possible to achieve.

I can't express how rude the lady who took our order in the drive thru was. She talked over us and rushed us. We asked her for a few minutes so we could decide what we wanted. And then messed up the order after it was recited to her 4 times. Her nasty attitude was totally uncalled for. If you are going to be in customer service you need to check yourself.
