This review was originally a lot lower when I first wrote it... 2 starts at first. Im glad I waited to write it because what started off rocky ended so well.We came in and were seated right away. We ordered, but it was taking a long time to get our food. Turns out, they mispalced our ticket order... twice. The servers were very kind (except for 1 of them), but it was chaotic and not well organized. 4 other parties who came in after us got their food before we did. It was not a complicated order (deluxe biscuits and gravy and Traditional breakfast), so we had decided to leave. The owner then came out, hand delivered our food, and apologized for the inconvenience. So, we decided to stay.Let me tell you... the food was worth the wait. SOO DELICIOUS. Easily the best biscuits and gravy and I've ever had. Additionally, the fried potatos were exceptional; perfectly crisp and well seasoned. We didn't walk away stuffed and bloated; it was just the right amount. The only other downside was that they didn't do anything to comp our order in spite of the less than stellar service at the beginning. A little disappointing. We almost walked out, but Im so glad we didn't. We will be back next time we're in town! Thanks, Nadia!

I came here for a Sunday brunch and sat at the bar area since it was a busy time when I got there. It has a nice diner style/vibe to this place. The service was fast since I sat at the bar and knew what I wanted, too. I ordered country-fried steak with scrambled eggs and a side order of half-order plain pancakes. The main entree was delicious and hearty. The pancakes were so fluffy and delicious, too. I will come here again in the future!

Nadine's Hash House is a trip down memory lane, capturing the essence of classic diners. Right here in Historic Soulard, St. Louis. This spot used to be Billie’s Fine Foods Diner. But Nadine “always wanted to own a diner” so here we are!The create-your-own omelet with feta, spinach, and tomatoes was delightful and satisfying, perfectly cooked, accompanied by fried potatoes that were a taste sensation. The nostalgic setting with chrome counter stools and an inviting atmosphere is charming.Perfect for a business breakfast or with friends/fam! Loved it!

Tried Nadine's for the first time today and absolutely loved everything about the experience! We have a large family (14ppl) and always wind up at the same chain restaurants just because they can accommodate a larger group. Nadine's allowed us to call ahead, and everyone was very accommodating. Our servers were funny, and simply the best- drinks were never empty, and food came out fast. The owner was so friendly and their food was delicious! They have a great selection for breakfast and lunch. With a large family, I had the opportunity to try a little bit of everything that was ordered and can't even decide on a favorite because it was all great. Definitely recommend trying the chili and slingers (both were top notch) We can't wait to go back to try the other dishes!

Yummy, happy, clean, straightforward diner-esque, welcoming, downhome non-snooty fun. Remember what your momma told 'ya: Breakfast IS the most important meal of the day.

We had a group of 16 people and they did a great job. A few snags but good overall. Definitely recommend.

Food 10/10Service 10/10 Price 10/10If you're looking to eat like a St. Louis native, make sure to stop here! This place has the best homemade breakfast in the area. Make sure to check out their weekly specials!I prefer coming in after 12 pm on the weekend. If you come at prime breakfast time, be prepared to wait. The servers work their tails off and will do their best to keep it moving. When it slows down, Nadine herself will go out and chat up everyone!
