Was not pleased with the long wait for one pizza and the pizza was not that good, saw all these gleaming reviews and had high hopes but for the long wait, high price, and low quality, no way will I eat here again. Update 1/20/22 my boss took 4 of us out for dinner for a surprise, he brought us here... same old same old, long wait, poor service below average pizza, high price... my boss apologized to all of us and swore he would never come here again... thanks for another ruined evening Pi Pizza 2023 they still are terrible… it’s 2024, won’t be going here this year ?

Ordered pickup. Caesar salad greens were brown, small deep dish pizza crust burnt, hard as rock. Seemed like day old pizza.

Love the vibe. Great service. Was a little disappointed that the tap was out. Beer selection was super limited but not bad.

I do not normally write reviews but dear lord tonight was a mind blowing terrible experience. I hate to be this person but my husband and I are both servers so we have a lot of patience but or waitress either was a buster they threw in as a server last minute or needs to go through a whole lot more training. We sat down on Sunday night and ask our server to give us two minutes she lets us know then there is no draft beer or garlic knots, no biggie. She comes back and says “oh just so you know we are running low on large deep dishes” …. WTH does that mean are you out or can we order one? So my husband asks her if she can check to see if we can order one so she goes to the kitchen. Comes back and tells us they just sold the last one, no big deal. We order a bottle of Prosecco (that was an ordeal), salad, and a small deep dish. After twenty mile still have not received our bottle and she walks over to tell us yeah sorry we are out of dough so just salads and apps. So I asked her how are you just now telling us this 20 minutes after we order? She says she was just told. That’s interesting was it because you have spent the last 15 minutes bussing a table? I asked her why we still didn’t have our bottle of Prosecco and why it wasn’t sitting on the well? She just stared at me. At that point I told her we just waited for 20 minutes to not receive our drinks, a salad, and be told they are out of pizza so we would be leaving. Not sure I will go back to Pi again which sucks because I’ve always loved their deep dish.

It was my birthday and I had been craving a deep dish from Pi. I wanted that chunky tomato sauce and the cornmeal crust. After waiting about 35 min for the pizzas to come out, the crust of my deep dish was totally burnt ?I mentioned it to the server and he didn’t offer to remake or to discount anything, which was a disappointment on top of the pizza I had been looking forward to.

We were visiting from out of town and we found this place. The food was good. We ordered the Blazed Wings for a starter. The wings were good. Had a slight heat level to them, but no real flavor. I would recommend a flavor. We ordered the deep dish - Western Addition & the thin crust The Hill. Both pizzas were good. I had two teenage boys with me & they had no complaints. I did order a drink which was nice, especially after a very long drive. Also, our waitress was nice and attentive.

Fantastic spot for a date or family gathering. Many large tables to accommodate. Pizza choices are varied and unique. Good quality ingredients. Love the chips and onion dip, meatball app and BLT salad if looking for something other than pizza.

The food was very delicious, and hot when it came out. The service was slow so if you're not in a hurry then this is the place for you. Everything came out correct it was just slow. They ran out of the 12" thick crust pizza dough, and we were there 3 hours before closing ?. So we got two 9" pizzas instead which was ok by us. The atmosphere was nothing special just another food joint. Would we go back? Absolutely, the food was great we will just know now that we should expect to be there a while. But there was no wait to get in, so that was good. I would recommend it to others.Parking: Parking is typical city parking find a meter or free lot then expect a short walk.

The food was ok but the salad portion was very small. I literally counted 10 pieces of lettuce. The menu said $8.95 for the salad but the receipt said $9.50. We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 beers, a salad and wings it came up to $97. Way to pricey for dry mediocre /bland pizza. I was very disappointed.
Love the thin crust pizza here. When we visit from Sacramento this is always on our list of places to stop. Colin was super helpful today.

Good food but incredibly passive aggressive server. Drinks were made and resting at the bar for ten minutes so we asked our server if we could have them, he then got condescending and downright rude with a sarcastic song-and-dance about how busy he was (place was less than half full). All he had to do was walk a few feet and bring them to the table or say he'd be right with us instead he acted like we were an annoyance.. Good pizza and otherwise a nice place but we won't be back

Cannot believe this is the only Pi location left in StL! Service was quick and friendly like usual, food was delish and it wasn’t overly crowded which made for a quiet dining space. We used to wait hours to eat at the other two locations so this was actually a pleasant surprise to walk right in. Spacious dining room and full service bar were very beautiful. Menu just as good as ever, something for everyone. We went with our usual; Wings and the Delmar. Prepared perfectly as always. Parking was easy even with it being mostly street parking in the area and it was nice evening for a walk down a couple blocks to the restaurant.

Chicago-style pizza and cheese knots – a delightful symphony of flavors and textures! The deep-dish perfection paired with the cheesy indulgence in every knot is simply irresistible. As for the roast wing sauce, it seems to lack the punch of flavor one craves; perhaps a switch to BBQ sauce would elevate the experience to new heights!

Pi Pizzeria was recommended by a coworker during a work trip. I was happy that the staff was able to accommodate our large group. The restaurant was clean, comfortably quiet and fun. I was able to build my own pizza- arugula, vegan sausage and mushrooms. My coworkers tried the deep dish pizza, east loop and other customized pies. While it was more arugula than expected, I enjoyed my pizza- the ingredients were fresh and the specifications of my order were granted. My coworkers enjoyed all of their pies, but one did not enjoy her east loop because she did not like the texture of her chicken. Other than that, Pi Pizzeria provides a great space for large and small groups, with delicious pies. Can't wait to come again!
