Reluctant to give any substitutions on items along with extras on food toppings. Just poor customer service in my opinion. If you want consumers to fancy your restaurant, you must make way for a pleasant experience. Didn't happen for me.

THE STORE MANAGER NEEDS SOME SERIOUS TRAING, HER TEAM FOR THIS VISIT WAS VERY VERY SLOW UNORGANIZED,,COUNTER WASNT CLEAN ,THEY'RE TO WIPE UP AFTER A ORDER,THEY DIDNT CHANGE GLOVES BETWEEN CUSTOMERS, NO THANK YOU PLEASE COMW AGAIN,I GOT OUT OF LINE AND DIDN'T ORDER.WILL NOT VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN, THE STORES MANAGER NEEDS TO CLEAN HOUSE LITTERLY.

Went to pick up a burrito from here a few days ago, which was fine. Because I was doing online ordering, I entered in my phone number just in case there were any problems. 2 days later, they randomly called me at 9:00AM, waking me up, and hung up when I said “Hello?” Unprofessional.

Ordered online arrived to pick up the food to find out it was misplaced /given away to someone else.I had to wait while they figured out where my food went and for the order to be remade.I don't understand how this happened any no apology was given for the mix up.

I am only giving this place one stars because the server did an amazing job but, the manager (a tall dark skinned guy with locs) lift us wanting a refund. He screamed and the young man who was making our because he felt like we were I guess trying to over ask for ingredients (we both wanted the build a burrito) we tried to tell him we’re able to pay whatever the cost he then turned to my husband and screamed “I’m not taking to you! I’m training him!” I could have been a Secret shopper or undercover boss but I feel like being a paying Costumer and having the place full of paying customers should have been enough to him Think before he Reacted!!!! I will not EVER go back to that location!!!!!

Asked to speak to a a manger and this co worker said she was the manager, i proceeded to say the issue and she told me to hold on and gave the phone to someone else. Gave us nachos with no chips ? and then tried to blame the doordash driver for that mistake. Told us we needed to contact doordash to have them send the driver back out. Spent $45 for nobody to eat. So disappointed.

I just ordered my mufucking food off online I requested carside and did not receive my food I had to walk tf in the store and get my food. When I got the shit is was cold asf and I didn't have what I requested on my burrito like wtf.
