Went into the establishment at 8:30 to stand in line for 15 minutes to only be told we don't have enough food for online & walk-in. Poor excuse and the store closes at 10pm!
Don't order from them I have door dashed 3xs with them and everytime they get my order wrong. I will be escalating my concerns to corporate

keep trying to give this location a chance and there’s no point. i normally get a burrito. rice, especially brown, is always crunchy. so today i got nachos instead. pork nachos with a little white rice. pork had bits of meat in it that were very soft and weren’t pork. chips had a chemical smell and to them. even the white rice wasn’t cooked all the way through. this is the closest location to where i live. when i went in it wasn’t busy AT ALL. what’s still the problem?? sick and tired of never being able to get a decent meal here.

I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and each time something is wrong with my order. The staff is very rude when addressing customer concerns and just very careless putting together orders. I’ve received completely different orders the last five times i’ve placed an order and it’s come from this location. Don’t waste your time complaining because they will not fix your order or try to apologize.

This location is a mess, and I’ve been to quite a few locations. It is always disorganized. The lines take forever to get through. Today, I was standing in the front of the line because I just wanted chips and guacamole. Out of the five people working there, no one could move either of the lines along. I was in line waiting for 15 minutes and left without the chips because I needed to get back to work.This is the 2nd run-in I’ve had with this location within 2 weeks.They need training in customer service and training in how to run a location. Just awful.
Horrible service super slow and managers not managing lol waited 30 minutes for a dd told it was being “ finished up “ when I arrived

I am not used to being told what I can't have on an order and I'm paying for it so I just left.Too slow to boot.Update: I came back and got what I needed. The bowl was amazing, chicken and steak.1/12: Online orders only. I am doing this after I drove 10 minutes. Here's an idea, setup a Kiosk like panera since there is understanding or they don't care. Well back to the Arsenal and Grand location. It's farther but they give a damn!
