We decided to order food for delivery. We know that it was going to be a wait. We ordered a pizza, wings, and a salad. Two hours later our food was delivered but without the salad. The doordasher said that’s what he was given and there was nothing he could do about it. I was going to call the restaurant to see if I could pick up the salad but I got the food 15 minutes before close. If people are going to wait two hours to get food the order should be right.

This place just can’t get it together. A slice of pizza and side salad should never take longer than 10 mins to prepare, took these people 30. Store was empty, phone was not ringing so they were not busy. There was no reason for the wait time. Wasn’t worth the wait the store is dirty, salad wilted, the pizza is not good. Papa johns is better. I won’t return or recommend.

Ordered here through Doordash. They accepted the order and then an hour later Doordash sent a driver and only after the dasher waited for an additional 15 minutes did they inform the dasher they would not be fulfilling my order. This is sadly not the first time this has happened, both using Doordash and just ordering on the phone for personal pick up. If they cannot accommodate phone orders, Doordash orders, online orders that's fine, but don't say you can and then cancel, especially well over an hour after accepting payment and confirming the order. This is false advertising and just terrible business practices. Due to their terrible ability to produce wildly over priced pizza that's just a step above Degorno, I will set out and find someone else to provide myself and everyone else I know with pizza. I have also filed complaints with Doordash, Grub Hub and will be filing with the BBB for predatory business practices.Update: So glad to see that management took the time on a busy Saturday night to respond to my review! You know, instead of filling orders and actually taking care of customers... Management's response just proves everything that is wrong with this place.

This place has arguably the best Pizza in St. Louis. Why not 5 stars? Last time I went to the Kirkwood restaurant, 2/9/2024 their wings were terrible. Seriously-terrible. Still great pizza, but this place serves more than pizza. I'm still going here, but I'm considering never getting wings here again unless they improve. The wings tasted like the meat was old, it was overcooked, and I suspect it was sitting in a refrigerator for days and they just reheated it.

Came in with three little kids and ordered 1 half pepperoni/half cheese pie on 1/7/2024 at ~5:30pm; added a $5.00 tip. Sat and waited for an hour while the kids quietly watched Angry Birds 2 on TV on the wall. After an hour passed as we saw many pizzas and slices being brought out for other customers, I asked if our pizza is ready and was told “they are still working on it.” Waited 10 more minutes and asked again - no pizza was ready and a guy pointed to the dough saying ours is the one he is working on. Got a refund and left without eating.

Went here to pick up an online order. I called in to let them know I'm here, worker expressed understanding and just says “okay”. I called back in 10 minutes later to check on the online order and the same worker says “you can come inside and pick it up when it’s ready, let me see how long it will be … about 10 to 15 minutes….” Please tell me why that information wasn’t provided the first time I called..?? Waste of time and 0 customer service

The employees were all super kind and accommodating to our party! They also were able to accommodate my dietary request (no cheese on a portion of a shared pizza). Definitely will be back!
