Not serving burgers or pies, "Only fried food!!" The gal yelled at us. Um aren't pies and burgers fried. She took quite an attitude with us when my Uber driver questioned why we couldn't get a burger or pie. She actually argued with the driver that pies are not fried food. Trust me, Rally's isn't baking pies. And if you don't have hamburgers, close and turn out the lights. Dont make me wait in line to find out Rally's is no longer serving hamburgers. We left and went to Nephew's, (Cousins) you should too. Will never go back.

Awful. I’m from Iowa and up there it’s called Checker’s. They always have quick service and I’ve never had any issues. THIS place however is incredibly SLOW. And not due to the number of customers in line. The employees just don’t seem to care. Very disappointed.

Most disrespectful staff I’ve dealt with at a fast food restaurant downtown. They “close” an hour earlier than is listed and when you ask why, they are smart about it, asking “why are you still here then?”

Got in the Drive-Thru about 1:10 a.m. with three cars ahead of me. Fully took 25 minutes to get the food after ordering. Beware, once you order and anybody pulls in behind you you're committed and stuck, no turn around.

We had never been before today to a Rally's and if service is like this at all of the locations we will not probably return to another. We went through the drive through, the lady on the head set who I'm assuming was the same at the window was seemingly less then pleased to be taking our order. We order cones, they didn't taste very good and where falling over and sloppy. And we waited for a bit for our order to be taken and our cones. This girl kind of ruined the experience for us. I'd tell you her name and all that if I would have been given a receipt. Maybe we'll try again in the future but definitely not at this location
Everything was good. No complaints. 100% good review. I'm just a tough nut to crack I don't give out 5 Stars for just good it has to be great.

I'm going to start with my complaint because after all this is my biggest issue. The drive-thru line be long as all get-out and they just don't seem to move it fast enough. This particular trip I ordered a couple of fish sandwiches a drink and a strawberry cheesecake stacker but I had them all turrets make it with that new strawberry ice cream that they have which I think is amazing. And it seemed to take them forever to get it to me. Now it was hot my sandwiches were hot my ice cream was cold so the food has no complaints it's just a line it probably wouldn't be so bad if I don't go there and be so hungry LOL.

The service was a little slow at the walk up window. And it would be nice of they would give you more than one napkin in your bag and then not have to ask for a receipt.

Horrible customer service. The guy taking our order gave us the price of $26 even (without even going to the register to add it up) which was MUCH MORE than we expected to pay. I'm pretty sure he is pocketing money from people! A couple of employees wearing their gloves outside and then going in to make food with those same gloves! I love Rally's but I will never return to that location!
