I live nearby so I have visited this location probably 8 times in the past 60 days. I really want to like this place as it would be super convenient. But about half the time it seems to operate well. The other half is a long wait with orders not done as requested. I went back to request a correction to no cheese on a burger and waited 4 minutes for a response se to the call. Was told they would be right back and am waiting more than 20 minutes now. More just to see if they ever do get back. Hours say until 10. But I have seen the place closed at 9 on a Saturday night. Several past reviews shows poor service. Obviously there is no management that cares or will improve the place. Please do not visit this location. Hopefully it will close and a new place will open up that will either be a good standard fast food place or something else. Eitherway it is time for this place to be replaced.

We ordered a chili cheese coney, a corn dog, and extreme (bader)tots. It has been 20 minutes and we just watched another car drive up, order, and get there food. When we asked the server where are food was she had no idea where or what our order was.

The milkshake that I ordered was good however the slow service was terrible for the ammount of employees I saw standing around inside the bisiness. No excuse.

I like the food here. Nothing fancy. Drive-in food. Good tasting burger. And a strawberry shake! Real fruit. Price not too high.

This place sucks. Half the buttons don't work and he employees don't care. Seriously, it's incredibly frustrating to sit there and not get served. If it says on the screen "we will be with you soon" and no one comes on to take your order?!? Sat there for 20 mins before we tried another window. Didn't get anyone until the third window. Come on guys. Get it together.

Pressed button waited 10 min didn't get answer had to press it three more times cause no answer finally after 20 min someone picked it up told them the order and told him light ice on drinks he put add ice tried telling him it was on there wrong he snapped at me he was so rude and hateful.

I'm normally not one to review a fast food restaurant but this Sonic is bad. The last time I went they took my order at least 5 times (not complicated either-just two diet limeades). After forgetting my order several times, the gave me another customer's credit card and gave my credit card to another customer.

Terrible. Extremely slow and rude customer service. Are they trained or managed at all? I work at a company a block away and there are a ton of my coworkers who would potentially go here regularly but instead nobody does, because we all know it sucks.

Good food selection for "fast food". They also usually have good specials (1/2 price off shakes or burgers).if it's later in the night call ahead to make sure they're open because we have had an issue were online it said they were open but they were actually closed.also as with any fast food restaurant make sure you check your order ahead of time.

I mean, what could be better in this world other than a nice Cherry Limeaid with no ice? Maybe a Cherry Limeaid with easy ice? Nah! How about a Cherry Limeaid with regular ice? Ew, gross...too much ice! Maybe an ocean water instead.

Since I don't come to Sonic Drive-In very often, I don't know their menu or specials. When I pulled up to try to start an order, I had lots of questions. The woman working inside was trying to answer them through the intercom system but we could barely hear each other, so she immediately came out and helped explain the specials and ended up taking the order carside. (No, no roller skates anymore...) She was extremely helpful and pleasant! When you visit, I hope you get to be helped by her!

Quick as they should be. Service was on point. It was after 9 so they made sure we knew what the after dark special was. Definitely pleased with the service.
