I loved how quaint this place was, I gave it 3 stars because of how disgusting the bathroom was. Even though you had to have a staff person key you in, the bathroom wasn't clean, and there were clearly a few accidents that occurred on the floor behind the toilet.

This is my favorite Starbucks Miss. Madie is the best Barista ever..she's leaving February 8th and she will be missed she has really made my mornings beautiful with her friendliness and knowing my name like I'm part of the Bucks family.Carmel crunch Frappuccino the Best!

restroom was not what I was expecting...once it got unlocked for me I was disappointed in the level of cleanliness...rusted trash can, sticky floor...definitely felt less clean than I was prior to walking in...as far as service I ordered my mocha to drink inside and asked for a ceramic cup instead of wasting a paper one and received my drink in a togo cup with whipped cream oozing from the drink hole. I had to pur my coffee into the cup myself at the counter. The barista on that station offered to make me a new one but I didn't want to waste coffe.

I came in for coffee on New Year’s day while visiting family. The barista surprised my kids with complimentary mini drinks. Everyone working that morning was so genuine and kind. It made the experience a treat!

This location has friendly staff and it’s a great place to get some work done or stop in when on a casual outing with friends or family. However, there are with cleanliness and neatness which hamper the experience. Oftentimes, tables are sticky and unclean, there are boxes piled up at one end of the restaurant, and, while service is solid, the ambience is pulled down and it can feel cramped and messy.

Steve (the manager) was extremely rude he ignored me and the people behind me ( might I note that we were all black people)in line and when a group of caucasian people came into the Starbucks he gladly greeted them and asked them what they wanted to order although they weren't in line and came in after me and the other people who were in line. We all felt very discriminated against.
