I am here visiting for the weekend and this was my first experience at sugarfire. The food was great sauces I didn’t care for the white bbq sauce I wanted ribs but they were out so I went with brisket and pulled pork it was so tender but meat my was fatty but was delicious. I rated this restaurant 1 star because the employees on night shift were rude and clearly upset about something. The cashier was nice and was the only person who seemed humane. I don’t think I’ll be back because I don’t want to be mad to feel like I’m being rushed to order or feel ashamed that I didn’t know what I wanted when this is my first.

Just okay. Pulled pork was really dry. Sausage was more like a boiled hot dog than smoked meat. Sauces were good, sides were okay, and the service sucked.

Picked up lunch on the way out of town. The staff did a great job answering allergy questions and getting the food out fast. We had brisket and fries and turkey and it was all great.

AMAZING! I’m a sucker for smoked meats! I do wish they had smoked chicken options as some people do not eat red meat, and get tired of Turkey! All in all great service from all staff! Especially the cashiers who go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your experience! TIP THE HOSTS!!
Food was just okay. Not good enough that I'd ever desire to return.But I definitely will not return due to the guy cleaning the tables before we were even finished. We were in a hurry anyways and seated less than 20 minutes because we had to be back at the convention center. As I was packing up the food to go because we didn't even have enough time to eat he came over and started wiping the table, leaving a dirty rag next to my food, and then started throwing everything on a tray and dripped sauce on my phone which was sitting on the table next to me. Instead of slowing down and stopping what he was doing he continued on and a massive amount of sauce splashed over my phone and went into the speaker component. He said "my bad" and kept working. I picked up my phone and started cleaning it off but sauce was smeared everywhere and there was no way to get it completely out of the speaker so now I can no longer hear well through my phone and my fingerprint sensor has been damaged. My husband told me to let it go because he could tell by his pupils the guy was clearly high on drugs. Disappointing experience all the way around.

Bbq pulled pork/brisket was tasty and tender, sweet bbq sauce was amazing, beans were a different style (more soupy), and potato salad was a little bland. BUT, the cornbread was the best cornbread I’ve ever had!!! It tasted like uellow cake and then add the honey whipped butter? Amazing!!! We also tried the hush puppies and it wasn’t as enjoyable as we had hoped. Kind of dry and tasteless? I wish the bbq meat was hot. It wasn’t even like warm. Knowing this now, ask for them to warm it up in the grill. The staff serving and checking out were great and attentive.
Hands down the best smoked turkey I've ever had, and their brisket was absolutely phenomenal as well! The show stopper is their BBQ sauces...I like each and every one of them! The coffee BBQ was very unique and had just the right amount of coffee flavor to not over power the sauce. I'll eat here again any day!
