Someone brought their kid to work, they do not answer to people at the counter i stood there for 25 mins and they literally all made eye contact with me, the drink machine in the lobby is basically broken, and it was just all around an unpleasant experience.

I wish I could leave negative stars. I’ve been going to this location about once a week for a year because it’s the only one near work and it’s cheap. It’s been right a total of like 2 times. It’s always something… order was made wrong, missing items, or substituted because they’re always out of everything. What makes it worse is when I try to make things right the staff is always nasty to deal with. Absolutely unacceptable.

Not sure if it is a recent management change or new staff, but lately the food quality and customer service has been A++! Keep up the great work!

Both times that I went there to pick up a DoorDash. The African-American manager told me to cancel my order cause I’m not getting it and left me to sit there for 30 minutes till I was finally forced to cancel because at this point im not even getting paid the whole time you can hear her in the background telling her employees not to help that “white boy”at the counter, very unprofessional and very racist. Pretty much explains why you’ll never be anything but a 45 year old Taco Bell Manager.??

I do not eat fast food very regularly so I was looking forward to eating lunch at this Taco Bell with a friend. A lot has changed since the last time I ate here.... Starting with the ordering process. I have ordered food through apps for years so I am familiar with that process. The dine in ordering kiosk was the only way to order inside of the Taco Bell which was definitely new to me. It felt very odd to have a front counter and a menu printed above it on the wall but no one taking orders. Still it seemed like ordering went smoothly enough... Then after more than 20 minutes with no orders being placed up on the pickup rack I wondered if something was wrong. This restaurant was not empty... Interestingly the majority of the people in the restaurant were not dining. They're just transient people from the area, or so it seemed sitting inside the restaurant. Still, the environment did not feel unsafe so this wasn't a big deal. Unfortunately I still didn't have my order so I flagged down an employee to ask about my order (thinking that I possibly did something wrong in the ordering process) I was told that they weren't sure what had happened but that they were going to make the order now. About 5 to 7 minutes later they gave me a bag of food. Immediately I realized they had forgotten to give me the drinks. After getting their attention from the back, again, I was able to get our drinks. Then once we sat down to eat we realized that we were both missing part of our combo meals. So I had to go back a third time and ask for the rest of our food. At the end of the day we did get our food... There were at least one or two workers that were courteous and kind. However there were also two employees I interacted with including, one that seemed to be in management, that were rather rude. As far as I can tell I didn't make any errors in the process of ordering our food and there was nothing inappropriate about asking for the status of our order (especially since it seemed to have been overlooked) so I didn't really understand why any of the workers were impatient or rude with me. Anyway it wasn't my worst Taco Bell experience. I don't know that this isn't a typical Taco Bell experience nowadays. This is just not what I was expecting when we went to eat lunch there.

Told you are closed when pulling up to the drive thru.... its 330pm on sunday, there are several people in the lobby. How can you closed? I do notice it always looks like you are closed, lights appear off, drive-thru open sign NEVER turned on. Guess TacoBell lets anybody open a franchise and totally disregard standard business operating procedures. Corporate needs to pay this location a visit.

I made a mistake with my order and the ladies were kind enough to help fix it, saving me a big headache. Thank you!!

Another instance of employees sitting inside and not working to collect pay while telling you the "system is down". It's 2:30 and why hang out at work with the lights off & downed systems? Avoid this location, people aren't working and waste of time to order here.
