Horrible! As if the job requirement for this place is to be purposely making opposite of what you’d expect food service to be! From crew to manager! I would be scared for my healthto eat from here.

This is my favorite Taco Bell location. The staff are amazing. The food is prepared with extra care and the best presentation you can find it in your local Taco Bell.

My mom and I went to this Taco Bell to get lunch but she only had cash to pay, so naturally since no one helped us at the counter, we went to to the kiosk to order. We ordered our food then went to the counter and waited for 10 minutes until I asked if someone could help me out loud. One of the male employees who seemed like supervisor shouted out, "there's a f*ing kiosk!" Thankfully a nice employee came over and attended us right after his comment.

Wow this place sucks. Half the order wrong.. burrito had half a scoop of beans and rice-it was like all tortilla. no one even answered the speaker for the first few minutes and 2 hellos. Absolutely no one was in store or drive thru. Had to come back and other Taco Bell’s have given coupons etc for the trouble but this location does not care.

I ordered online and I arrived. There was a sign on the microphone saying they weren’t opening until 9 due to them being the only person there. I get shorty staffing. Turn off your app settings so I don’t waste my time going there in the morning.

I love my taco bell on telegraph. I say mine because that is and will be the only taco bell I go to ever. They are polite they are patient with a customer such as myself either adding more food or removing ingredients from food I order and they always greet me with a ??. I’m just irritated. I called to confirm that i would get some sauce with my doordash order when the rude lady on the phone today cut me off and said “can u let me talk. god” Idk if it’s just me but i don’t do attitude. thx. rude employees and terrible customer service.
