Opens and closes when they want. Horrible service. Every time I go through the drive through in the middle of me ordering they say it’s closed. It’s not even 10pm yet. Always making excuses about why they can’t complete my order. Just lazy. Dont waste your time going. They are probably closed. Wish I could give ZERO STARS!

If you are white, don't expect to get served here. The drive thru has a 1000 excuses for why they won't serve you. The truck is here, Doordarsh only, inside kiosk only, pick up from app only. Waste of time to go here. I've heard 3 different excuses in the last week for why I can't be served. When you drive around front, you can see the workers screwing around and jiving with their black frinds in the lobby, every time. I'm pretty sure it's just because I'm white I cant get service.Update: 11/423 tried again and was denied service for 3rd time this week. I have to use a app to pre-order this time.... waste of time going here.Update 2:11/19/23 turned away again, only Doordash and mobile orders.Update 2/15/24 still no service at night, told once again, only doordash orders.Requiring customers to use a separate app to order may be an anti trust violation, and I am reporting it to the FTC.

Tacobell at south kingshighway is so absolutely horrible they need to be closed down. Tacobell is paying these people for NOTHING. 9 times out of 10 they will flat out refuse to serve customers. If they do serve you the food is cold or wrong on BOTH. worst restaurant in St.Louis.
