Why do so many of my *chicken* enchiladas have NO *chicken* in them? I keep getting these cheese and rice burritos in place of the CHICKEN ENCHILADA that I ordered. Not to mention what i have been buying usually looks **nothing** like the photo. I have managed to get one or few of these that were properly made and they were great! Lately I rarely get any chicken at all.. or most of the rest of the ingredients that are supposed to be in it. Just cheese and rice. Where is the chicken going if not into the *chicken* enchilada? Judging by some of these other reviews here i'm not the only one being served meatless food.

The order was completely wrong.Ordered tacos with no cheese, got tacos with only cheese.If you can't even make a taco right, you don't deserve more than $8/hr.

Ordered on kiosk. No one to give cups while two workers were on break using two separate tables. All tables were dirty. Wiped my own table with napkin. Received order. Tacos and chalopas had very little meat and toppings. No lids at the soda bar. Very poor!

Very rude service at drive through when asking simple questions. Not necessary and not the first time.
Taco Bell seems to consistently mess my order up, this visit was no exclusion. One of my items was missing. But, other than that, the quality of the items I received and the quickness of service with the app order was great. Way better quality than the location on Grand.

This the my favorite location. The food quality can be hit or miss. I ordered through the Taco Bell App. Food was hot, fresh, tasty and accurate and even indicated which one was fresco.I ordered the $5 cravings box. Chalupa was crispy and filled with fresh ingredients. Taco was crunchy with the add on onions. Burrito was full and wrapped nicely.
Traveling from a few hours away and the kids had to use the restroom, so we decided to go in instead of using the drive thru.. We got here at 9:50 and tried to go in, but saw that the sign said they don't open until 10, so we decided to wait. We went back to the car for a couple of minutes, then back to the door.At 10:08, an employee yelled through the door that they weren't opening the lobby today. There was no sign on the door, and the entire time we were outside, the employee could see us waiting..It sure would have been nice if we didn't have to wait almost 20 minutes for her to decide to say something.
