Taco Bell Food is good here only when they got the right people cooking one time I went there they had a Mexican guy there that totally messed up my Mexican pizza how he did that I don't know had everything pushed up in that box it didn't look nothing like the picture I was done I don't go on days he's there now I went back a week ago a Black woman was there cooking don't know if she was a manager or what but she did that Mexican pizza exactly the way you see it and everything on it was correct so now I go when she's there she's a little heavy not real heavy but she got that order right and everything was good ? and hot with fresh drinks need more workers like her to keep the order looking like the picture and she was friendly when you have people like her she'll keep people coming back spending their money but guys like that Mexican guy guess he was trying to be funny messing up the last order but that what he did will definitely stop people from spending their money you have to hire people that's there to get the job done right and not be there messing the food orders up because they don't want to work they just want a pay check you need people there that likes their job and keep people coming you get paid they'll get paid for good food that looks like what's posted up who don't mind doing their job right I would have fired him on the spot mess another order up the next time I came there the food was great with out him messing it up and I wish i would have gotten that girls name that worked that day I surely would have gave her a A+ for doing her job like it's supposed to be done she deserves her paycheck with a raise❤️?
The food was hot and good but the wait was extremely to long for the drive thru cars were all the way out to the entrance almost onto the street causing traffic issues.

Service is horrible. NO customer service skills .The worker that worked the drive thru had an attitude with me because he messed my order.He repeated my order to me and still got it wrong . I went in and asked about where my 2 soft tacos at and I paid for extra beef on my nachos, where is the extra beef? I decided that I wanted a refund because service and my food wasn't right.The young man got smart mouth with me .That trip to Taco Bell was the worst ever.Taco Bell please train your staff first before putting them at the drive thru every employee not made to work drive thru .He needs to be in the back working not front line .

ordered combo and they didn't include one of the items, and they didnt have large cups so they gave two small which isnt as much as a large. Pay your employees more and maybe they will care about the service!!!

Came here 01/08/2024 2:00-3:00And I gotta say it was the best Taco Bell experience I've had in months the drive through casher was super nice and took my order perfectly and all my food was on point This is my first yelp review but I've never left a Taco Bell so pleased Ty to all the workers there today!

Always the worst service. Slow & get your order wrong every time. Came tonight around 815p & no one was answering the speaker. I pulled up to the window & one of the employees told me they were doing a shift change & they'd be right with me. Twenty minutes later when the guy working the drive thru came to the window he refused to take my order & told me to get in line. For how long I waited & how patiently I waited, they should have taken my order. ESPECIALLY seeing that they weren't prepared to help any of their customers. The people behind me were honking & the two before me drove off. They're losing business & this is why. I'm rating them one star as it's required to select at least one.
