I could give this place a zero I would. I love my people's but it's ghetto up there. Loud talking cussing bad attitudes. Took 22min for my chicken sandwich and it wasn't good at all. I'm calling corporate office. This is ridiculous

Ordered through DoorDash and didn't even get half of my food. My spouse is in the hospital and I just wanted something different than hospital food for a night. Not only did it take 30+ minutes for my food to be ready for my dasher, when it was delivered, half of my food was missing! And whenever I tried to contact the store, they have their phone turned off. 0/10 would not recommend

I understand they were backed up probably, but the least you can do is acknowledge the customer and let them know you'll be right with them.I stood there for a good 10 minutes, and nobody said anything to me so I just walked out.

Unfortunately this was not the first time I have been disappointed by this Wingstop, however it is close to my home so I tried to give them another try. My chicken was overcooked, burnt, and gave me all drums. My fries were cold, burnt, and were like the bottom of the scrapes. I received my food 45 minutes after the time it was suppose to be ready. All the workers were just hanging outside talking and smoking among each other. Never coming to this location again.

The manager was extremely rude for no reason at all and I had to knock on the door to even get inside the establishment (they weren’t busy at all). She spoke to the customers and staff like trash and continuously had smart remarks and rolled her eyes every time i asked a question or even said anything! She was so rude and spiteful that I didn’t trust her making my food and eventually left! I won’t be back to this location.

Prices are absolutely ridiculous. Haven't been in months and I see why. Won't be patronizing this business anymore besides I found some better wings and you don't have to send the food back, MORE THAN ONCE!!!!Update 4 years later and they are worse! A bunch of kids standing around on they phone, running back n forth outside, not washing they hands may I add, before returning to the kitchen, yelling, very loud, for no reason, trading food with restaurant next door, off clock employees going around counter to kitchen to make food to go, no customer service skills, slow, inattentive, messing up orders, bland chicken and rubbery, nasty cooking area and seating area, AND RESTROOM, nobody’s washing they hands, no hair nets, unsanitary!! But guess what, that’s what you get when you hire kids! I will not go back, PERIOD!!Update 2/18/24 yep I tried it again was craving some of the seasoning. It was not bad. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice, they half way cooked my chicken right meaning, 5 of the 10 piece, different flavors, was not fried crispy, but the other half was. I got hot fries and I was good. 3 and a half stars..

My organization places large orders at least once or twice a month at this location. Just about every time we are either missing all the fries, all the ranch, or other multiple items are missing out of the order. I've suggested that we stop eating here. When we go pick up the food it's like the employees are at a party. It makes sense why the orders are wrong.
