Mosaic catered our wedding reception recently and we were beyond pleased with the experience. It was very affordable and the food was fantastic. Just about every one of our guests made a point to let us know how awesome the food and service were. The staff was incredibly professional and kind and went above and beyond to make sure everything went great. When picking vendors, you never truly know what the experience is going to be like, but I would HIGHLY recommend Mosaic for anyone's catering needs. If we ever need anything catered in the future, we will be going with Mosaic.

All my communication leading up to the wedding was with the owner Pat. The communication was excellent, and all my emails were answered promptly. We changed our menu from our original proposal, and Pat adjusted it without any problems. He let me know which staff were going to be at the wedding and worked with our coordinator on the timeline for the day. Everything was served on time and there were no issues on the day of the wedding. Everyone enjoyed the food, and we were very happy that we chose Mosaic as our caterer.

My husband and I got married at Pine Hollow Farms on July 1, 2023 and we used one of their preferred vendors, Mosaic Cafe and Catering. Mosaic was one of 7 to pick from for food for our wedding and they stood out to us from the beginning. Pat Long assisted us in the planning process with such ease. He was able to answer all of our questions. The tasting was nice. Pat's team was able to accommodate our modifications (vegetarian meals and kids meals) and we received rave reviews from our wedding guests. We went with cheese, crackers and fruit for our cocktail hour. For dinner, we served an awesome salad with strawberries with the option for either gouda/spinach stuffed chicken or steak topped with garlic butter. Mosaic also assisted in cutting and plating our cake for our guests. Pat attended the wedding to make sure everything went according to plan. With 200 guests, Pat's team seamlessly served everyone and allowed us to stay on schedule for first dances. It was nice to feel comfortable knowing you were in good hands.
