Ordered in the drive-through so had to be the same lady that did our payment at the first window. This is around 12:20pm. She was completely rude taking our order and didn’t even bother letting me finish just interrupting saying is “that it”“That all” with just an attitude from all get out. Everyone has their own experience but it comes a point that it is uncalled for to be rude.

My husband and I were on a motorcycle, so we tried to go inside and eat. The door was unlocked, so we just walked in and went up to the counter. That was when the employees realized we were there and we were informed that the lobby was closed. We apologized and as we were walking out informed the woman that we are on a bike and that was why we wanted to order inside vs the drive thru. She told my husband to just pull straight up to the window she was working at and she would take care of us. While there wasn't anything specific or out of the norm that happened, this interaction had such a huge impact on my husband and I. Everywhere we go lately, whether it be fast food, a grocery store or a gas station most people are so rude and have zero professionalism. It's very obvious they do not want to be there and they have no shame ensuring everyone around them is aware. Other restaurants would have screamed for being inside, I've literally had it happen before, or treated me as if I'm the biggest inconvenience for simply expecting them to do the job they are getting paid for. I worked fast food for over 14 years so I am aware of what it takes, however I couldn't even imagine acting the way most employees act now. Just wanted to take a minute and make sure the night crew at this location knows that people do notice the little things. You are appreciated!

Lady in drive thru tonight was very rude. Tried to ask her a question but she just shut the window in my face and ignored me. When another employee saw me waiting and tried to help she then told him to not help me. I was not in drive thru long enough to offend her in any way and did nothing to deserve this response.

Today as a regular customer I ordered the mix and match breakfast sandwiches 2 ham &cheese croissants and 1 small coffee. Service is always been good for me. But not today 02-12-2024 @ 7:34 am. for some reason the ham and cheese croissant was very salty. I decided after several bouts and going to the bathroom several times over I would not go back there to order again. You tell me what's going on ? And you better not rack up with my debit card either cos you got other complaints from other customers.on that. I hope you fire the s.o.b. for doing that to people's debit. And you better not be dosing my food with whatever the f.or you will be on the news.

The older lady with glasses served me old onion rings and when I asked for fresh ones, she took them, refried them, and served them back to me. Very bad attitude as well.

This place is trash. The staff is trash. The restaurant is trash. Management is trash. There was a hair in my fries an when i went to the counter to have it fix the manager got an attitude with me BEFORE asking what was wrong. Waste of money.

I UberEats a $20 Family Bundle and they didn't include the fries. I talked to a supposed manager "no name given and obviously a stereotypical black woman" rude as hell. She told me to come get the fries. They hire trash and they don't understand that there's a limit to stealing from customers.
