I put my order in at 7:40 and didn't get it until almost 2 hours later. When I got my food, it was cold and soggy. I had to get my entire order cooked over again. I saw a rat around the dining area I was eating in.

We enjoyed our meal, the interesting decor & atmosphere. We sat at bar & had good service. Restaurant was clean. Was in town on business so our 1st visit . We'll happily eat here again if back in town. Had tamales, catfish & hamburger. Tamales were good. Next time I'd get them with the chili & cheese. Catfish was excellent! Crispy & light-very fresh, generous portion. Slaw was very good, skillet green beans were great -a tad salty but I coulda eaten whole skillet! Hamburger was good but a little too done for my taste & a little light on the condiments. They have beer & cocktails which was a nice surprise. We had a beer. Will have a cocktail next time!

Just waited an hour + for 2 burgers & a grilled cheese! Service is non existent. NEVER AGAIN
My hubby ordered a chili cheeseburger plate with fries..This plate was 23.00!!! The meat was burned and dry. There was only a handful of fries. We tried this last night jan. 13th 2024..
Atmosphere and food are great, service took over 45min for easy appetizers and drinks. Service is not always slow. Food makes up for that. Prices in all 3 menus at our table had wrong prices as you can see on receipts.

When we first walked into the restaurant kids were running everywhere without any adult telling them to stop. I ordered Chili Cheese Fries, they were served cold, with barely any cheese on them. Our waiter was really nice and polite, but could’ve checked in on us more. When we were first seated, she said she would bring an extra menu for me which she never did, and we had no silverware given to us which we had to take off another table.

Food is always amazing, if slightly salty. The grilled chicken is our favorite. Service is so hit-or-miss and food is slow to come out. But it is our go-to anytime we’re in that area.
