I placed an order online the night before, so I could quickly pick up the order the next morning. When I arrived I was treated with our machine is down and these are the only donuts we have. I said that I had placed an online order for two dozen, one plain and one mixed. I said forget about the plain just one dozen of whatever you have. The manager said, I'll refund your order. I asked if I could still get my ice coffee, she said wait until I get your donuts. She got me the donuts, wrote down my name and order number, I ask about the ice coffee again, to which she told a coworker get him his ice coffee. That coworker had no idea how to make ice coffee, no fault of hers, she was burning her hands trying to put hot coffee in a plastic cup. Finally another coworker told her to put it in a regular coffee cup, the they just put some ice in the cup. Definitely iced coffee, but not ice coffee. I never got my refund!

I wanted doughnuts Sunday morning… so I drove an hour to Columbus. I went through the drive through, stopped at the intercom, and waited….. then I drove to the window and she told me I had to order at the speaker! So I had to turn around. All I wanted was a dozen glazed. No customer service skills whatsoever. When I come back hopefully it will be her off day.

We made a stop in December to buy the Christmas doughnuts and a dozen more of variety and the doughnuts were so hard you couldn’t eat them. So went back today hoping for a better experience and they are once again old doughnuts. They also did not have any originals at 9:00
I ignored the fact that they have roaches but I Never been to a donut place that don’t have donuts, ig the roaches ate them all, this place is Not worth a damn!!!

Went through drive through and ordered a dozen glazed doughnuts. They handed the box out and when we looked inside we just shook our heads. They looked like doughnuts on a diet. They didn't fill the box. We returned them and they said there was more coming out so we waited, and waited, and waited. We couldn't wait any longer and asked for a refund. The general manager apologized and refunded us and said she was the one who ran those doughnuts. I love Krispy Kreme and would have accepted them if they had offered to give us extra but they tossed them.
