I am never disappointed with the food. Sometimes the wait staff gets overwhelmed and takes a little more time, but the quality of food makes up for that.

I have never eaten a bad meal at Umi's. Everything is great from the sushi (always fresh), to the hibachi. Go ahead and give them a try you'll be glad that you did!

20?! Plus tax?! For this??? Basic, boring, and expensive. Can’t justify a 20$ hibachi plate that looks like this and is lacking in flavor and has more rice than anything else.

The service was fine, and the ambiance okay, but the sushi is on par with an all you can eat buffet. I had 3 rolls and didn't enjoy any of them. The salmon was an unnatural red color, suggesting the farm it was raised at put food coloring into the feed. I'm not sure what they're doing wrong, but the sushi just wasn't good. Also, the soy sauce tasted like it was diluted.

Back of the booth was broken. All the food was rushed out at the same time, steak was undercooked but the scallops were burnt. Rice had no flavor and the middle of it was cold. California roll was clearly not freshly made. Over $100 for two adults and a child...not even worth $30.

Out of town and hungry. This steakhouse is Fair. We went based on Reviews in Yelp. A bit disappointed. The Prices are very reasonable but the quality of the Sushi rolls are "meh". The Miso soup was good. The fried rice had minimal steak and absolutely No Veggies!!! Soy helped. They did have a Habatchi grill but we opted not to sit on that side. Next time I will do a better job of finding a spot!!!
