Jan 31, 2024Krystal, Corinth MSI was at the drive thru at Krystal's in Corinth MS a few minutes before noon. There were several cars ahead of me.waiting to place their ordrer. The line was moving slow. I finally get to the the menu board to place my.order. I was told it would 15 to 20 minutes wait for a Krystal burger. They were out and had to prepare and cook more Krystal burgers. I could understand if it was close to opening or closing time. It was during the peak of the business day, lunch. The iinavailable item.was the most popular and nost ordered namesake of the company. I didn't order and went to the Chinese buffet. Definitely a lack of supervision and poor planning.

While the food was what you would expect. The service left everything to be desired. My wife and I waited for almost 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were standing at the register. When we finally got service we were made to feel like we were bothering them... Needless to say it will be while before we go back.Ok so we went back on Oct. 15, 2023... It's been a while. Nothing's changed the service was still terrible and... They had no ketchup! How does a fast food place that sells burgers and fries, not have ketchup packets? They put ketchup in little cups which promptly ended up all over the car.I should have gone with my first instinct and gotten my money back and gone somewhere else. Which is exactly what I will do in the future.
Drive thru window worker in Corinth MS was nasty because a sign was covering speaker we thought speaker was out of order so we drove to window and she said with a stink face and annoying voice “ we don’t take orders thru window so you know what we did left in a hurry no plans on

The back where the food is made is dirty from standing in the lobby.I don't carry a debt card and they just told me they are no longer taking cash. Last time i ever go to any of these chains again, sad because i love their food. I had to leave without my order.Don't get me started on the bathroom.I have a feeling, they will be closing their doors by the end of the year. What a damn joke.Edit: I actually just went to Jack in the box near krystals for the first time in my entire life because they are taking cash.
