This location of KFC is very inconsistent - both in terms of food quality, service levels and even more basically - being open for dine-in. Very frustrating to drive into town only to find they've locked the doors and are doing drive-through only. Not even a note on the door - they just lock it and ignore you when you go to open the door. I tried the other day but found the lobby closed. As I was getting into my truck, another family pulled up and asked me if the lobby was open. When I replied no, the door was locked, they sighed and said this location in their words "just sucked". Not sure how you can survive in a small town and continue to irritate your customers.Having said that about the Fulton location, I continue to sing the praises of the location in Amory Mississippi - probably the best KFC I've been to in a decade. When I need to get my KFC on, that's where I go now.

We had to wait for about half an hour for our food. Then you get 2 sides. Potatoes and gravy together. Not enough gravy to cover the top of blow. Coleslaw is always great. 8 pieces of chicken. You could not tell the breast from the back. Because they both were small. Then it cost $30.00. Not Happy with KFC.

Out of almost everything.Order wasn't right (went thru drive-thru on way home - 30 min from home)It appeared to be a joke with the workers.Been thru the drive-thru many times on this trip. This was awful.... if this had been the way it was the first time I drove thru....I never would have gone back.Severe lack of leadership / management.Oh...it was early evening between 5-6.
Literally the nicest, most professional staff and friendliest I have ever met at a KFC let alone any fast food restaurant chains lately. The food was hot, fresh and delicious! We will definitely be stopping here again as we travel between our house and Tupelo!Alin Green and Remi Caruothers are awesome!!!!!
Tasted like they forgot the seasonings in the flour. Good but not like it should. They are rather pricey. $20. For 8 pieces.

the worst kfc I've ever been to. took 45 mins to get our order. we were told it would be 17 mins when we placed the order. the staff is untrained about how to use coupons. it was a ridiculous hassle and I won't return to this location.
