I was trying to order through the drive through and the employee didn’t know how to put in the coupon so he called the manager over and I said are you talking to me I can’t hear you and the woman snatched the headset and started yelling at that we were being rude and I said we would call corporate she said I don’t care because I’m a general manager. That’s was most disgusting interaction I’ve had with customer service in a long time. My son just wanted to use his coupon book we bought for him for Halloween and that was the service we got it was really just sad.

worker let 2 sweaty men who didn't work there in through the back and the men came out of the back with a christmas tree and ornaments. there is no way to get out of the drive through incase if an emergency due to curbs all the way to the end . sat in the line for 20 minutes just to get attitude from the worker.
This is an outstanding Wendy's. The food is prepared properly. It's clean, and the staff is courteous, attentive, professional, and friendly. I only had chili and coffee, but I saw how they prepared other orders. Items are served fresh and hot.

This is my 2bd time stopping at this location on my way to Birmingham. Both times they were out of a product. The first time it was creamer. Today it was breakfast fries! I did NOT want regular fries in place of my breakfast fries! This wasn't communicated to me until I asked, "Why do I have fries? I didn't order fries." As I was handed my order, the server should have made it known that they had substituted fries.Wendy's needs to update the app so that restaurants can indicate an item is out of stock.

Ok so these folks need a little help. Food was just ok. Service was slow and unresponsive to the customer. A good manager could turn it around. No teamwork at all. The siting area was uncomfortable due to no air conditioning.
