The staff here are always spot on and friendly. They keep the line moving even when it's busy. The staff are always nice. It's hard to find an eating establishment where good food and good service are consistent, but this Subway always manages to never disappoint!Vegetarian options: They have lots of vegetarian options.Parking: Free parking and handicapped parking as well.Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly here.
The lady that was dressing the sandwiches was not very friendly.(she was a heavier set lady, sorry she didn’t have a name tag on so I could address her properly) She had a look on her face like she hated the world and my sandwich was cold. They don’t warm up your chicken for you at this location before putting it on the sandwich, so if you don’t get it toasted you will be eating cold chicken or whatever kind of sandwich you choose. Oh and they don’t serve American cheese at this location ?Kid-friendliness: The only worker that was friendly was the new lady that was taking the orders. The other one I’m assuming was a manager didn’t speak to any of us and just walked to the back and the one dressing the sandwiches was rude and looked like she hated her job

My advice to everyone is to drive to Cowan Lorain just over the Cramer bridge because they will let you get 1/2 off on the app this store won't because the owner said "NO COUPONS FOR YOU"

When I entered the place the person behind the counter using his cell phone, not talking but texting or something of the sort. He ignored me. When his phone did ring, he walked to the back of the store and begin talking. Finally he returned and rudly ask what I wanted. I told him I was there to pick up an internet order. He turned and picked up the food and handed it to me. When I inquired about the drinks I had ordered, he rudly told me that they make the food and I am to make the drinks. I ask about the cups and he pointed to them and said in a very sarcastic tone this is the large cup and this is the medium cup. Fix them yourself. I was very upset in the way I was treated. I felt that he thought that I was bothering him and that I was not important enough to get off his phone and take care of me, the customer. I worked retail for over 20 years and I would never treat a customer like that. I will not be going back to that store ever again. There is no reason to disrespect someone that helps you make money to get a salary.

Stop sending me Freakin Coupons in the mail, when the local one will not honor them. Said it is a corporate decision!!!Had no clue till I went to pay. I had door held open for me when entering, so did not see hand written sign.
The worst...and I didn't think that was possible after going to the one in Gulfport...if you don't wanna be there, neither do I..

The worst service and the nastiest sandwich ever! I just went in at 7pm the guy that was supposed to be training was in his phone and his customer service was straight trash. I am usually happy with this location but if he is there I will drive another mile to another one.
