Ordered pizza and wings for delivery. 2 1/2 hours later no pizza. Called store said they were on the way. 45 mins later still no order. Called the store again and was told that order was still there and we had to come and pick it up. Asked for a refund. Lost me as a customer.

This is the worst place. I placed a order and got a confirmation and my pizza was in the oven, I waited and waited for my order to arrive and never did. The store refunded me for the order never called or nothing, all this time that got wasted I could just went got me dinner before everything closed. I should never ordered from this place with 2 star rating.

This is my neighborhood Pizza Hut delivery location. Lately, I have been receiving my deliveries with crushed containers and less than the hottest food. Corporate needs to look into this location and maybe revamp the staff. You guys cost way too much to provide this lackluster of service...

Waited over an hour for our food to be delivered, I live less than 5 minutes from the store mind you. Not only did it take forever to get our food, it was cold upon arrival and appears to have been crushed. 50$ wasted on this garbage.

Several months after my last bad experience with this store, I decided to give them another shot. After waiting 20 minutes in the parking lot for curbside service, I decided to go inside. I waited 5 minutes at the counter without being acknowledged by the 5 or 6 employees in the kitchen. I finally had to yell to get someone's attention. I know they saw me, and it is infuriating for a customer to be treated with such complete disregard. Pizza Hut should be ashamed to have its brand on this store. I finally got my lukewarm pizza almost an hour after I ordered, but I will never, ever order from this store again.

It had been many months since my last bad experience with this store so I thought I'd see if things had improved. We texted our arrival for curbside delivery and we're still sitting there 20 minutes later. I went inside, but no one even acknowledged me for at least 5 minutes although there were at least 6 people working in the kitchen, most of whom saw me standing there. I actually had to yell, "Hello, is anyone going to even talk to me?" This treatment of customers is totally unacceptable, and I will never order from this store again.

Food is quick and correct. Oven fans make conversation difficult. Floors doors windows clean. Server was quick to order and bring drinks.
We ordered pizza and wings a few nights ago. It took two hours for the pizza to arrive and the wings were left at the store. The delivery driver was very apologetic and said something about having a new manager. He said he would bring our wings back, but he never did. I’m not sure what’s going on at that store, but we have ordered there for years with no issues. Not anymore!

this pizza hut is worst than trump!!!!! we ordered a pizza online for pickup, these fools had me waiting 45mins telling me, "your order is almost ready" the pizza delivery guy josh left and came back and was like, why are you still here" he took the initiative to get my order..... which was sitting in the pickup oven the entire time!!!!!!!! please avoid this pizza hut! if you do business at this pizza hut, you're a trump lover! hey pizza hut of this restaurant, make pizzas great again!!!! no wonder y'al hiring managers y'all don't know how to run a business! everyone there except for josh sucks!!!!!!
