Welcome Back

I had to pick up my order and the front employee acting like they don't want to work . I asked how long my order will be done they told me they don't know including the manager . I waited over 20min until I just cancel my order . Management suck here and very rude place to get food at . Store owner need to start looking at the front cameras of what's going on in the store . This my last time I ever come here.

I ordered a veggie pizza from this branch through Uber eats with absolutely no meat on it and found multiple pieces of chicken while eating. I’m a vegetarian so obviously I found it utterly disgusting to find meat in my mouth. They can’t even get a VEGGIE pizza order right. And to top it off it cost THIRTY TWO dollars total since it was delivered through Uber eats. I would NEVER recommend this branch that obviously doesn’t care what toppings they put on the pizza when an order is specified. DISGUSTING SERVICE. UNPROFESSIONAL to serve your vegetarian customers meat on their vegetarian orders.

Terrible. 0 stars if I could rate that low. Waited 3 hours for delivery. Called the store to ask about my order. Was put on hold for another 20 minutes. Pizza was cold and burnt. Never ordering here again.

Employees walked past the open window and no one felt it was important enough to assist me. For 15-20 mins I sat at the window in my car watching employees walk past the window, looking directly at me. I finally yelled to an employee, "Is someone going to assist me tonight?" Absolutely poor poor service which has become common practice at this location.

Ordered my food online, pulled up to the store and waited a few more minutes before I drove around to the window being that I was really tired and did not want to get out of the car. When I pulled up to the window there was an employee with a cigarette in her ear and the other young lady took her time coming to the window. After I gave my name to the employee that took her time to get to the window I asked the other employee did she know she had a cigarette in her ear she replied “yes, I didn’t get to smoke it yet, but I’m about you go and smoke it now”. I started to ask for a refund but I thought they had very bad attitudes and I didn’t want any trouble. The other employee told me it would be a couple of minutes for my pizza to come out, I asked nicely how much longer did she think it would be, she explained to me that it’s a process it’s halfway through the oven. I waited a little longer AT THE WINDOW AFTER I HAD ALREADY ORDERED ONLINE! I had an entire conversation with someone while waiting! I then drove around to the front of the store where the girl with the cigarette in her ear was sitting in the car with a guy and the other was out of my site. I asked the guy standing at the register may I pickup my order, he asked for my name. He went to the warmer where it had been sitting all along. I’m informing customers that this is not the place to go and get something to eat. There’s no telling what will happen. I’m sure an employee with a cigarette in her ear this place probably isn’t sanitary at all. Workers should take pride in what they do when it comes to working with food. Good luck to any that decide they want pizza from this place. I should have read the reviews FIRST! The fact that ALL OF THE PIZZA HUTS ARE NASTY with workers that have NASTY ATTITUDES.

Waited 25 minutes ?no service at all people were leaving because there was no one there that waits on people dining in then had to wait at the counter to place my order we stayed because we couldn't go anywhere else there was six of us bill was 122 something no one at the counter to wait on you horrible experience ?didn't used to be like this we were the only one's there besides someone having a birthday party ?

This returant is horrible. The associate was not paying attention to drive through was laughing with a friend or customer. I sat in drive through with out being greeted for about 25 min. Pizza was not hot it was cold. I don't think I will ever go back.

We went in to order a pizza and the little girl who was actually at her car outside came in and with an attitude, did her best to run us off. We were gonna order a pizza but decided it would probably be as bad as the welcome we received. So we left. Now that I look at the reviews here I see it’s a recurring problem. I hope management see this before it closes like all of the other Pizza Hut dine ins.

We tried to eat here today. I have never felt so unwanted in a place of business. The place was a complete wreck and assumed the service would be awful!!
