This used to be a great location but the past four or five times I’ve been have been progressively worse. This time: missing ingredients, cold burger. Tots are cold. Asked for a large combo; got a medium. Wife’s burger and pickle fries are also cold. Not lukewarm; COLD. Our kid said the corndog was good, so there’s that.Prices went up; quality went waaaay down.

Drive through is pretty awesome, Route 44 icewater with a flavor is still under 2 bucks.Only actually parked in the stalls fordining in twice. (Thanks Mom)I don't hold anything against the people who wait on cars like it's an old school drive-in. But It's not. I tipped regardless.
Sonic is one of those nostalgic fast food places that I hope will always be around. I love the 50s carhop feel that it has. I think that the employees here are great and they always have a smile on their face and come and ask if you need anything extra. The food is good and very affordable.

I found a german roach in my fountain drink at Sonic 5324 Old hwy 11 Hattiesburg, Ms. I threw up for several days ??? September 27, 2023. Don't eat or drink anything there. ?

Gotta give credit where credit is due.I gotta say, this entire month has been filled with nightmare-customers service with people that I cannot even believe or comprehend to even exist, but after one of the most dysfunctional days I've had in a while this was really good. I was expecting the worst but for a Friday night the service fast, helpful, accurate and the workers were actually articulate (THAT'S RARE THESE DAYS). Once again, credit where credit is due. Food tastes great tonight. Well done. Keep up the good work. Keep hiring good people.

Our order was completely wrong and when we tried to get it fixed we waited 15 minutes after speaking to someone via the stall button and no one came to help us with our order. Multiple carhops walked past, stared, and offered no assistance. What would've been an easy fix was just waste of money. Sticking with the one on 49 from now on, these guys suck
